They offer cottages as well as RV sites, new pool and well maintained grounds, they even had a Zinnia garden. We are long term and love it.

This was a spontaneous stop. Could not be more pleased. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shaded lots for us to park our RV. Fairly new shower facilities, which were extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice park, close to I 55 just south of Jackson, MS. While close to the interstate, it's tucked back in the trees so it's quiet and pleasant. We have a big rig - 44 ft 5th wheel, 60 ft with the truck - but no problems in or out. We'll definitely stay here again.

Some of the negative reviews almost stopped us from looking at this place, but it was the closest option to where we were working. Glad to say that we didn't listen to the negative reviews, because we loved this park. It's simple and quiet, which is what we look for. I appreciate that the spots were spaced out where we had plenty of room in each side of the rig where we could enjoy time outside with our dogs. A lot of the people are permanent residents, but everyone seemed really nice. Laundry area was clean and kept. Our site had a water and septic hook up on each end, so no matter where your tanks are, it was a short distance. That's something most huge RV resorts don't even have. It's the little conveniences that make big impressions. The sites were plenty big and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The bridge is cool. Vandals have grafitti on sign and parts of bridge. Sad. It's just a walk across the bridge but cool because its a swinging bridge!

The whole area stinks, was told it was because there is a dog food processing plant near by. The pool wasn't open, looked like it needed major repairs. The bathrooms don't have soap, I was told " we don't do soap". Staff was polite. The park was clean. Walking distance to two Mexican restaurants

They're expanding. Not a bad place at all. Quiet, that's for sure. At least it was while we were there. A lot of permanent residents. Place has a lot of trees, it needs some TLC but for most part it was okay. We only stayed one night. Staff very nice.
