Really enjoyed our stay.(winter 24/25) Great RV park, fantastic onsite manager and owners. Nice large, clean, well-maintained sites. Bathhouse is adequate, secure and always very clean. Almost constant lite breeze off of lake and harbor. Very few insects. Direct trail access. Lots of local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Owners and staff working everyday to keep park clean and well maintained. Manager also help us with a small RV issue, and double checked to make sure we were all good. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again when in the area.

My parents wanted to visit family in Lake Okeechobee so I started looking for a campground and reviews are all over the place. We picked Taylor creek what a great choice. Jodi was very friendly and helpful no matter how many times I called with another question about the campground. The campground is very quiet, clean, and very friendly. Everyone always said hi and even asked how we liked our stay and were sad that we were leaving so soon. The marina is very pretty and the trail up to the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail is a very nice feature. We rode our bikes everyday and what a great place to watch the sunset over the lake or canal. If you’re unsure of where to stay give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. Close to town and nice lots. Thanks again to Jodi and the owners for having us.

This is a must. The owners just keep making the place better and better. It’s so quiet and has its own marina. There is access to the trail around the lake for biking or walking. Jodi will greet you when you arrive and take you to your site. Ask for one of the newly renovated sites on the water you will not be disappointed…

I chose Taylor Creek because of the good reviews. We were just passing through for a few days and we needed a campground. This place far exceeded my expectations. Jodi greeted me upon arrival and gave me a quick welcome to Okeechobee spiel and showed me to my site. Well appointed, the spot looked pristine with its borders, flowers, bushes, and picnic table. Sitting right on the water, I felt safe and peaceful. While the new owners build out more amenities, I would recommend this park. It was clean, convenient, and friendly. Kudos to Jodi and her team. Thanks for a great visit.

Kudos to the new owners for reinvesting in to the long term preservation of Taylor Creek Campground and Marina. The place looks phenomenal and it’s great to see an entrepreneurial family that takes the time and pride to go the extra mile. Keep up the great work.

Awesome campground. Jodi is the best. Very helpful. We came down from Tennessee to my son's wedding and couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Cannot say enough about the staff at Taylor Creek! From moment one Jodi and Joe gave us red carpet service. They made room for us last minute when our other campground overbooked, helped back us in, and made numerous recommendations of local restaurants and attractions. So friendly and so welcoming. We felt like family! The new owners are just as wonderful! They are adding many improvements and amenities to the campground. No doubt - they will be “the spot” to be in Okeechobee. Can’t wait to see their dreams come to fruition. Lord knows they are investing serious money into the park. The park restrooms are very clean (thank you Suzy), conveniently located, and has beautiful Marina. If you’re staying in Okeechobee - this is the place to be!

We stayed at Taylor Creek RV Resort for 3 months on a work travel assignment and the campground was great! They had a huge concrete pad and plenty of grass space as well. The sunset was incredible to watch especially as it set over the lake which you could watch from your site. They were always helpful if we ever needed anything. Jodi at the office was always in a great mood and was always so eager to help. Our kids had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay as well. The campground was undergoing remodeling while we were there and if we are ever back in the area we would be eager to see the finished remodel and we would definitely stay there again!

We have been staying at Taylor Creek for almost two months and love this park. Our site easily fits our 40' diesel pusher with ample room for our slides, awning, and room for a car and a Harley, picnic table etc. They came over to help us back in and get situated, and seem to do that for everyone that arrives. The owners are making site improvements every day, and it shows! The park is quiet at night and we've never had a problem sleeping peacefully. Trail access to the LOST trail is perfect, and we walk or bicycle along the canal and lake often, watching the gorgeous birds and views. Today there's a big potluck for all of us campers! We would highly recommend this park, and have to point out that any reviews older than a couple months really don't reflect how it is now as so much has improved.
