I highly recommend coming to Taylor Street Storage if needing to store your items during selling/buying home, it made our transition a lot smoother. Also Wendy is super helpful and friendly great customer service, she explained everything thoroughly from the start and even when I no longer needed storage services she was understanding and completed closing out our account promptly. I have had my storage for approximately five years. I have never seen any traces of rats, mice, moths, and bugs. Especially spiders! I kept over 1,000 music albums, 8 to 900 music CD’s, and at least 800 movies DVD’s. There was no damage to anything that I had in this storage.

My experience with this storage facility was not great. I went to move out of my storage unit on July 28,2022, to only discover that my key didn't work and that the lock on my unit was cut-off and replaced with a different lock. After cutting off the lock on my storage unit, I discovered that my storage unit was broken into and a lot of my items were stolen. My clothes, pots, pans, bed rails, legs to my dinette set were taken as well as my coffee table was destroyed. After reporting this information to the office, I was told to send them an email along with the items that were stolen and any pictures I had. I emailed this information with pictures to the storage company and their response was I need to submit a police report. This response was less than acceptable. After being a customer for over a decade, I will never place my belongings with this facility. After several rent increases, I was paying $107 a month just to have my items stolen. It is the storage units responsibility to protect my items and that did not occur in this case. After speaking to Wendy, who worked the front desk the day I went to retrieve my items, she stated that there were multiple break-ins by two women who were breaking into storage units, stealing catalytic converters and placing the stolen items in there storage unit that they had on site. This place needs to hire security to ensure no ones belongings are stolen again and needs better customer service!
