There is a very rude man in the office. I went to return my uhaul and get a storage unit but he was so rude and disrespectful that I only returned the u haul and will contact uhaul to help me find a unit elsewhere. I was very polite and don't understand his behavior. Will never do business there again! I walked to the office and the older man there said "I just need the key." I handed him the key and asked if I can put a small brown bag I had from the gas stain which had trash from an Ice cream sandwich (the wrapper) and a few dirty napkins. (It fit inside my hand cruched up). He said "No." I told him I had walked around the parking lot and found no trash cans if there was any way I could place in the trash can right behind him (11 gallon empty trash can with white plastic bag linning it). He said "No, don't you realize if you put that in there I will have to take out the trash!" I hadn't slept all night from moving and his rude attitude was just the chery on top. Will never do business there.

I was very happy with my U-Hual renting experience with Tammy from Texas Lakeside Storage on 2/1/2019. Tammy answered the phone after business hours the night before, and she helped me calculate the two different rate options so that I can choose the best one for me. The truck was well marked with prior damages, it was clean, everything functioned properly, and it ran well. Even though I had 24 hours, I brought the truck back the same day. Tammy was there again after business hours and let me in to help finalize my bill. She really made the process go smoothly. I would recommend this location for U-Haul renting.

This is a really clean storage area with an amazing staff that is very attentive. Tammy helped with finding a uhaul and getting the reservation set up. They have nice storage units with plenty of room. You can also store trailers and boats inside the gates to keep them protected.
