Enjoyed our stay for 3-nights. The resort was clean and our interaction with staff was minimal, check-in only. Fellow RV'ers we ran into were outgoing and friendly. For us it was a nice peaceful getaway and will return in the future.

We stayed @ Great Outdoors for the week after the 4th of July. The staff was very attentive and made sure we knew the policies on arrival- there are time restrictions for this w/o a fee and even when we needed help getting into our spot they took their time to help us. If you are looking for a quaint quiet spot this is not it. Road noise is outrageous and intrusive. This campsite boarders a major highway and you hear brakes and trucks 24 hours a day so bad we had to go get earplugs to sleep. They pick the site for you and our site was super small comparatively without a fire ring. Who doesn't want to sit out and have a cup of coffee or lunch at their picnic table only to have next campers sewage lines a few feet away to look at - yuck!!! Also the pool closes @ 8pm too early for adults at any lodging place. No cable, streaming only and that buffers, and the WiFi was limited for certain applications. We will not be back for these reasons but if these concerns are not your concerns you may enjoy it.

Very beautiful and tidy facilities! Landscaping and flowers so cute. Tiny cabins available. Clean pool snd showers/bathrooms, gym, big firepit near band deck and individualfire pits at camper lot, even a dog wash! Friendly staff and campers. See pics for more info. We will be back. Clubhouse store had plenty of nicknames, toiletries, even some RV/camping supplies.

Disappointed because we had reservations based on a You-Tube recommendation but elderly Mom got very ill and we had to postpone camping to take care of her. By the time we could camp again we had passed the one-year extension and lost over $300 for the pre-payment we had made. They give no refunds in cases of emergencies.

The park is nice clean one of the better maintained rv parks I've stayed at. very friendly park host . I gave it a 4 because the showers have no hot water. if it is 70 degrees I would be very surprised and that's all hot. you will freeze taking a shower so make sure you watter heater works . I found out mine didn't after getting there no big deal just use bath house. nope no hot water at all everything else was great but showers are important. I could not give a 3.5 due to water in bath house staying here for a month and having to get a hotel to shower twice a week wasn't really in the budget. to park management please turn up the water heater in bath house it's extremely cold especially for this time of year

Great, pretty RV resort. Very friendly staff. Michelle helped us out when our truck broke down. She found us a spot and 1 next to us for the friends traveling with us. She worked with us while we waited for word on our truck. The staff here is outstanding and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. The resort has a nice pool, game room and laundry. And lots of trees. The area is beautiful. Michelle gave us a list of waterfalls and other sights to see in the area. Overall this is a very nice resort with very nice staff.

The Great Outdoors Resort is a beautiful camping Resort. Mike and Polly are fantastic hosts and are very kind. My wife and I stayed at this resort during November and enjoyed our stay. Mike and his crews are visible every day working throughout the resort to make sure your stay is enjoyable without any issues. We recommend this resort highly and recommend you book early.
