Very kind and caring owners. Lots of fun activities and things for both adults and children to do. Beautiful lake and huge beautifully kept beach with fun equipment for the kids to play on. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We couldn’t get up to our campsite when freeze warnings were issued for the Brainerd area and the owner was very kind and caring and went and turned our heat on so our water lines would not freeze up on us. This is our first year at Harbor on Crescent Bay, and first year with a seasonal site in general. We could not be happier with our experience so far. My wife and I have 3 young boys and were looking to get away from the stress that comes with weekend camping with a young family, so we decided to try a seasonal site. Needless to say, we will not be going back to weekend camping. The owners, Josh and Melissa, were extremely helpful when were first looking at the resort. They took a lot of time to answer all of the questions we had with being a first-time seasonal site renter. The resort is extremely clean, the residents are very friendly, and have made our family feel welcome from day one. The owners are constantly working on maintaining the resort, as well investing back into resort improvements and to the amenities for guests. As other reviewers have stated, the beach is amazing and constantly groomed and is where our family spends most of our days. We are only half way though our first year here, and already our kids have participated in sand castle contests, kick ball games, bike parades, boat parades, Nerf wars, bike safety classes and made more crafts than our fridge will hold. If you are looking for a family friendly, safe, clean resort this is the one.

If you are looking for a fun, family friendly resort for your family vacation, look no further. There is always something to do. The resort owners are so friendly, and make you feel like family and are continuously planning activities for all ages. With the beautiful beaches for all land and water sports, the fabulous lazy river, kids activities, fishing contests, volleyball tournaments, dance parties, and so much more, there is never a dull moment at this resort. The facilities are always clean and beautifully kept. You can explore the area by walking, hiking and biking or get out on the water and have fun in the sun. There really isn't a better resort in all of Minnesota! It is our home away from home to make memories. We love it here and will come back again year after year! Thanks so much for all the fun, the laughter, making us feel like family, and the memories that will last a lifetime!

Nicest and most welcoming resort that I have ever been to! Owners are super friendly and caring, giving off the feel that you are a part of their family at the resort. There are plenty of activities for adults and children of all ages to participate in, creating a fun, safe, and friendly environment perfect for anyone looking to have a great time and enjoy the outdoors. Facilities are regularly cleaned and updated, giving the resort and overall tidy and homelike feel. Resort is located on a large lake that is very clean, with a lazy river attached, ideal for any activities ranging from swimming to fishing to tubing. Throughout the resort there is beach volleyball, Frisbee golf, a playground for the kids, and many more activities to pass the time. There is always plenty to do and many great people to meet!

My husband and I had been looking for a seasonal resort-style campground for several years. When we drove into Crescent Bay, we both knew it was the one! We have teenagers and they love to play sand volleyball, fish off the many docks, or just hang out on the beach. Lots of organized activities for kids of all ages. Love the family movie nights on the beach too. I could go on and on. Great owners and great neighbors that truly have become family!!!
