Second time staying here. We stayed in the small cabin by the creek. A double bed and a bunk bed. Air-conditioning in the summer heater for winter. Busy in the summer. Peaceful and beautiful this time of year. The leaves were gold, it rained and it shined. Also, the owners are very nice people. I definitely recommend the Last Resort.

The Last Resort is a very friendly, cute cabins, wonderful place for camping! The cabins are fully stocked (plates, cups, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc) Just very adorable cabins for a great price! The store there is awesome in case you forgot some stuff they most likely have it. I loved the coffee bar. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be coming back next year. My two daughters loved the bunk beds and loved going fishing to the lakes near by. (Spring lake, blue lake, Watson lake, deer lake, rainbow lake and curl lake) are all within miles within each other. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We spent a wonderful long weekend at the Last Resort. Kim and Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed, as 3 generations, in one of the family cabins with a well stocked kitchen and large bathroom. Everything was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect as a gateway to the Toucannon and all of the lakes if you enjoy fishing. There's wonderful hiking all through the area which is abundant in wildlife. The store and coffee bar on sight is the perfect combination of having all the items you forgot, treats and unexpected gifts to take home plus, Kim makes a great cup of Chai! We would love to come back.

Friendly, Clean, peaceful and quiet. This place was beautiful in many ways with the hills surrounding you ,the deer ans horned sheep running through the fields. You have 3 stocked lakes close by and also disperse camping up the road. They have a small store along with a gas station, restroom and laundry facilities. Would recommend this to everyone

I recently had to cancel a reservation with this park and reserved for the following weekend. They did not refund any of my original deposit because I didn't make their 48 he advanced notice requirement, mind you I rebooked for the next weekend. Anyway, none of this sits well with me, when a business effectively steals $50 from me without providing goods or services I'm not going to support that business and I'm going to tell others about it. And, no the business is not nice or friendly, they were quite rude. Be very careful booking here. I will avoid them altogether, there are better parks in the area.

Whether it is a fishing license or a propane fill up, these people are always happy to help. We camp in this area every spring and always enjoy the friendly environment at The Last Resort. They always help make our trip enjoyable!

Just stopped to shop at the store. Owners were nice folks and ready for business. The campground was full of firefighters from the Lice Creek Fire. Seemed like a nice place.

We stayed at The Last Resort recently for a weekend and really enjoyed it. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful at check in even though we arrived just before they closed the store (7pm). We stayed in pull-through spot 31 which had plenty of room for our 17’ trailer and handy electric and water hookups. What impressed us most was how clean the campground was, especially the bathrooms which looked like they had been recently updated with new tile and fixtures. Be sure to have some of the homemade biscuits and gravy they make at the store on the weekend. I would have given the campground 5 stars except that the spots are somewhat close together so not the best for privacy. But it was quiet both nights which probably had more to do with the chilly weather keeping people inside their RVs after 10/10:30. We’ll be back when the temps warm up!
