This is by far one of the cleanest and most safest places that I’ve had my belongings stored in a long time, I heard a lot of rumors and myths about storage units here on the island and how they get vandalize and broken into by all sorts of unsavory characters this is not the case here. My only take away negative comments are that the elevators are sometimes down and broken and there was one time that the overhead door was broken exiting the building and it took several months to get it fixed but I had to understand we are also in the height of a pandemic and shipping and manufacturing has been scarce this past year they told me they were waiting on a part the people in the office are very polite courteous and friendly

A gear central location if you live in town. Facility is regularly maintained and cleaned. When I use the facility it seems hardly ever crowded. But that’s just my own experience. So it works for me. Parking can sometimes be a hassle when you have a big vehicle like mine. Homeless and crime hasn’t seem to be an issue like other facilities I’ve used.

The crew working here is OUTSTANDING! They went out of their way to help me find the right space for me while I had to take critical measurements of several different spaces. They were extremely friendly. All charges were presented up front. They made me feel important as a customer and gave me the impression that I was cared for beyond as that of a customer. This included Mary Ann, Eric, Rob, and Josh. As a side note, upon leaving, I thought I lost my phone there (which I later found at my residence), and they went way out of their way in trying to help me find my phone on top of all of the help they had already given. As far as the space goes; it was priced fairly and the units are centrally located to me in Waikiki. I'm very pleased with the Lock Up Self Storage and this is the second time in my life that I have rented a storage unit with them.

I absolutely was grateful to have used this storage place. The employees Maryanne, Eric, Josh and Rob were all super friendly and the best customer service! Very informative and made me comfortable to use them right away! They facility itself was clean, a great layout and best of all, super safe & convenient!! AAAA++++ ALL AROUND, I RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!! THANK YOU 😊
