The Salmon River is also a premier destination for Steelhead and Salmon fishing, attracting anglers from across the country. Land-based explorers can access nearby trails leading into the Frank Church-River of No Return Wilderness or enjoy a scenic drive along the river canyon to discover historic mining sites.
Who This Park Is Best For
This park is ideal for adventurous RV travelers who prioritize access to wild rivers and backcountry trails over high-end resort amenities. Great RV park! Nice people all around! Good store for outfitting your raft trip, hike, etc. Rafting and water sports are great here! Beautiful area!

We needed a place to stay overnight last-minute before a rafting trip since our flight got delayed. I called and they were very easy to work with, had our room ready for us to easily get in after-hours, and we had a very wonderful short stay! I wasn’t expecting much with it being so out in the middle of nowhere but we had a hot shower, cable TV, and Wifi which was fantastic. Plus, they left very delicious homemade breakfast burritos in a mini fridge that we could heat up in the microwave before we left early that morning. So although we never interacted with anyone in-person, we had such great customer service and they helped make our stressful day turn into a wonderful cozy night!

It ok for one or two items! It’s a very expensive store. The clothing store next is very high priced and they’re not much on customer service nor are they friendly. I would never pay over a 100.00+ for a men shirt or sweatshirt!

This was a nice small park to stay at. Sites are plenty big enough for most anyone. Was able to ride our atv's straight from the park. The only downside is not the park, but cell service. AT&T is non existent there. We would stay again.

I brought my kids on a mini hunting trip and stayed here. The room was nice, the location was great, but the wifi barely reached the room and only in certain spots at random times. The breakfast burrito they served for breakfast was ok but still cold in the middle lol. The service was just ok, nothing spectacular. Overall we really liked it. The rates are about what I expected. It's absolutely beautiful there.

Review for the store, but it's basically what you'd expect from a gas station store, although with more high-end and touristy type stuff. Gift shop + gas station

This place is awesome. Customer service is the best I have ever seen. They opened up the store early so we could go fishing earlier than normal. Thank you so much

Really great store and handy it is right by the camp. Most the people who work here are really great and super nice. A few of them like to let their politics get involved with the way they treat people that come in and I just think there ir a time and place for things like that not in your place of business. That aside like I said it is a really great store.
