Loved being here on Valentine’s day and a camp host brought mom a flower! The camp hosts are truly good as gold! They got to know us and our twins and helped us celebrate their birthday. We cant wait to go back, even if just for the weekend.

Stayed in site 44 for a week during Christmas. Big rig friendly. Our site was not level but we made it work. It was worth the view. This campground is top tier. Extremely secure, tucked away, and serene. The sites are spread out and each one has a nice view. Convenient to shopping and interstates. The staff was nice and helpful. If you have pets, they allow a 10x10 fence only. There are some long term rvs but the rules and guidelines keep this park beautiful. If you go during Christmas, check out Bad Santa at the Marina.

This is a very hard post for me to write because we enjoy the location of the vineyards and the sites and amenities that are close by. Unfortunately, we have experienced on many occasions the staff to be extremely rude and at some point aggressive on approach to enforce speeding in the park and not stopping at the gate, as well as accusing my wife of not picking up our dog’s fecal when they have their business in the grass. To address the speeding in the park I have a GPS monitor on my truck with camera that monitors the speed and records 24 hours a day seven days a week and after their security came down and publicly yelled at me, I went to the front to present this video to them and all I was given was I apologize. As for addressing the comments that my wife doesn’t pick up her excrement from the dogs after they Are finished, we carry a roll of dog poop bags, the same color As well as our own bucket that we put this in when they are finished. I took this to the front and showed them. This is what we keep throughout our trip and throw away at our convenience. The lady just said she was following up on a complaint and did not offer any kind of apology for accusing my wife of not cleaning up after our dogs. This park is one of the best parks around Because of its layout, but unfortunately, it is managed by Unprofessional employees at the front gate, who will not get off of their hind ends to check the passes of cars coming in and out of the gate (that is their job)or follow up appropriately with customers when complaints have been made so that they can defend the complaint made against them. Every time I have dealt with the front gate staff, it has been unpleasant and rude to say the least, after spending thousands of dollars at this campground, you would assume the staff to appreciate your patronage and respect your dignity and honor but clearly that is not the case. This is a work camper employed staff, and I guess they get what they get and have to deal with the people they employ, but only two companies myself I would never tolerate this kind of inappropriate language, actions, and blatant disrespect to my customers. These employees should be terminated at best educated and disciplined on proper communication skills and customer interaction protocols. My next letter will be to the mayor and the city Council to expose the blatant disrespect and lies that the management at the vineyards campgrounds gives to it patrons.

Taking the camper to this campground was a great choice! We enjoyed the view and the area. There was even an area where our dog could run free! There was also a playground and pavilion. The camp store tried to have a bit of everything for everyone and the camp is gated after hours. Concrete pads, full hook ups (water, electric, sewer) and was well kept.

This is a well maintained and run campground. Inside the city with the out in the country feel being around the lake. Staff has been friendly and helpful. I dont feel over burdened with a list of rules and requirements but everyone around us has been great as well. The gate closes early but you are provided a gate code. The scenery is great. You are under the airport path but you only get a slight rumble every now and again. We have enjoyed our stay and have started making plans to come back. Speeds are good for internet (we bring our own) att, tmo, and Verizon. Sites are not too close together where we stayed but even if they are close it feels like everyone has good views and enough separation. We will return! I never used the wash house or the camp store because we didnt need much and had full hook ups but they appear well appointed from afar.

This is a lovely, wooded rv park. The sites are spacious and level. The staff are so nice too. Bathrooms are sparkling. Very close to restaurants and shops in DT Grapevine.the open off leach area for dogs is incredible. I gave it 4☆ and not 5 because of the "puppy Point" for dogs to swim is disgusting. It's covered with dog crap. It's horrible and unhealthy for dogs. NoT to mention what it's doing to the water.

VERY nice RV Park! Great view of the lake, ducks a plenty! Immaculately kept grounds, maint crews are Johnny on the spot when someone leaves to wipe down table and blow off pad. Good park store stocked with a little bit of everything. Definitely will be returning!

What a great park nestled into Grapevine Lake. We took our Class C there for a little trip close to home. I was immediately impressed with the level of customer care I experienced. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and made me feel valued. There's sometime to do at this park with activities daily. They have a nice little beach area with a portion thats shaded, an awesome playground, great fishing and the store there Is also amazing. Will be back!!!

Absolutely love this campground! We recently bought a camper and were wanting a campground close to home in case we ran into anything and accidentally stumbled upon this place that happened to have an opening. We have had nothing but the best experience, and look forward to coming back many times. It is tucked away on a nice, little cove across from the marina so you can watch the boats coming in and out, listen to the music at the marina (not too loud at all), and enjoy the slowness of the rv resort. We got lucky with an amazing spot (#6) that was so close to the awesome playground, beach, boat slip, pavilion, store, and dog area. It was awesome for our daughter! We also were treated to a complimentary chair massage on Saturday morning, “bubbles and brushes” that evening, and donuts are scheduled for the morning. All of the hosts are beyond friendly and really made this an amazing first camping experience that will be hard to beat.

Stayed here for a week. The place is great. It's clean, well maintained, peaceful, the staff was great and it's great being on the lake. They had free pizza on Saturday night, free coffee and doughnuts on Sunday - just a nice extra and nice way to meet people. The sites were pretty level with decent wifi and cable. Not crowded in like some parks. Other than they could use a few more trees, Very good experience.
