Perfect location! Very clean and managed extremely well. I’ve stayed there two times in the past but this year it is noticeably better. Love the easy hook ups. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made me and my family feel very welcomed .We’ll definitely be back in the future. Thanks for making my stay such a joy.!🙏

The grounds are well-kept, the sites are level and spacious, and hookups worked perfectly. The amenities — pool, clubhouse, laundry — were all clean and in great shape. Staff and residents alike were super friendly, creating a warm, community vibe that made us feel right at home. 5 stars!

I would never recommend this place even if I was payed to so.This community has a serious pest issue roaches being the most problematic and it doesn’t matter how clean you keep your home and surroundings you will always have a roach issue,so bad it will damage your property.I lived in apartments before and with neighbors that were not so clean yet we never had a pest (roach)issue because the owners of the complex were not cheap and had pest terminators spray the outside and around the buildings to keep the pest at bay.The owners of this community simply don’t care since it isn’t their belongings getting damaged.Also I wouldn’t recommend no one to go out after dark because the owners are so cheap they have solar tea lights for street lighting literally is so dark is creepy and dangerous.Is also boring,the only entertainment you will have is deleting roaches the infestation problem will keep you so busy you won’t have to worry about having fun in this place.I am sure this are just simple complaints compared to other more serious issues you hear from actually believable residents.

I am extremely happy with this place. I’ve always liked it, but now, with the new General Manager (Cory Chase) it’s even better. I believe that Mr. Chase transformed the resort for the better. He leads by example and produces excellent results. His hard work and dedication are noteworthy.

I think it's funny this place has good reviews!! I just left there and not one single person was happy with anything about this place!! I went without a working oven/stove for 4 months, no ac for about 3, mold, my house flooded every time it rained. No cable like they said would be provided, pool was closed for 2 months. Packages were signed for by the office and stolen from us. Loud music all the time, speeding so your kids can't just play, broken ball courts, ppl smear actual poop on the walls of the showers. Roaches in the washers and dryers.. it's overpriced and you don't get what you pay for.. think twice before renting from here!
