This was our first year as a seasonal camper and we truly enjoyed it. So many nice families who are now friends. Fish Lake is well named. The boat dock is easy to launch and recover from.

Although we weren't expecting much, we were expecting a little more than what was received. At almost $500.00 for a 2 night stay, locking bathroom stall doors would have been nice. The urinals that spray water everywhere when flushed were a little obnoxious as well. Despite these few inconveniences, we set up camp to enjoy the weekend. The very next morning a park employee made sure we were aware of her displeasure of our sleeping arrangements. Even after paying for and keeping in accordance with the park rules (2 tents max per site), we were charged an ADDITIONAL fee for the arrangements of said tents. Again, we paid the additional fee and tried to carry on with our family vacation. The second night was interesting to say the least, especially for those of us with younger children. A "disco" at the community pavilion with music loud enough to muffle normal conversations, men sitting the women's restroom, and a fellow hitting a crack pipe to boot. The aggressively rude customer service and less than maintained facilities cemented our review as possibly one of the worst campgrounds my family has stayed at. It really is unfortunate because the campground has such great potential. My family will not be returning.

If I could score this place 0 stars I would gladly. My biggest problem with this place is after being confronted by very intoxicated adults on a couple of occasions for speeding? My car speedometer said 5mph like what’s posted. But everything seems fast when you’re impaired and instead of having any real evidence that I was going over 5 one man as he walked away yelled if you hit your brakes you’re going over 5. Sir let me correct you since you wouldn’t let me speak before walking off and maybe you’re intoxicated like the last guy. I ride my breaks because that’s how I keep my car at 5mph it rolls faster than that. Please do not accuse me of lying again because if that’s what you’re implying we can have a talk about it. I work all day physically and sometimes all night. You call me a liar again and we will have words and you will man up and you will talk to me. I advise you police less and relax this doesn’t even feel like camping, this will be the last time I ever come here. Don’t you ever call me a liar! I hope you find peace and just shut this place down and enjoy your nice campground to yourself you really deserve it I’ve been harassed from day one. I’ve had it. After reading what others go through why bother opening this to people to camp it’s pathetic and you little man are very pathetic you know who you are. And to reply to you’re reply, I think I’ve said what I needed to say. Just don’t accuse me of lying or imply that I am lying again, I don’t partake in Tokyo drifting in campgrounds. Good day

If you have a little country in you, you will love this campground. Everyone here is super friendly. They have a lot of activities too keep you busy. And if you just want to chill, no place like in the woods. Love this place. Highly recommend ✌️✌️

New management can be strict but only when it's necessary and I respect that a lot. Family events are super fun for the kids and everyone in the park is super friendly. We recently had a water gun fight with the tractor hauling the kids around and they had a BLAST! Super fun for everyone and the staff were awesome about it. Love this campground it feels like family the first time you come. Truly a gem for the area.

For the most part we really enjoyed our stay here. Although there were a few things I would like to say. Our first night my girlfriend and I played some music and we were dancing by the lake and the owner told us we were being to loud and to turn the music off 15 minutes before quiet time. The next night our neighbors who have a seasonal spot decided to have people over and were screaming and laughing very loudly until 3 a.m. which is well after quiet time and no one said a word to them. So their a little prejudice towards weekenders. Other than that it was great. Most people were friendly. The showers are hot. They had activities all weekend and the fireworks were great. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I would not recommend this campground to campers with travel trailers especially newer ones. The reason being is the campground does not have a big enough electrical service to power all the sites. So your power is always low our voltage was around 104 most of the time we were there and got as low as 101. We use a EMS which shuts our power off when it gets to potentially damaging voltage levels. It kept shutting off our power so the low voltage wouldnt damage any of our RV components. Also the dump station is in a inconvenient location. Just not the best setup for Travel trailers all around. But I will say their fireworks display was amazing, the pool is great and so is the playground. If you are a tent camper or have a older travel trailer this might be a great spot for you. Just didn't work good for our setup so we won't be returning.

Worst place we have ever been. Treated badly from the start at check in. Being my boyfriend is handicap and doesn't have strength. We have always left the camper hooked up to the truck, and drove another vehicle. They did not accommodate us. We were constantly bothered by staff when we had to use another vehicle to unload supplies, then when they were going to have a band play, really close to our campsite. We decided to go back home for the night. We again got bothered because of having to load things again into another vehicle. One Vehicle per site. No exceptions for handicapped. I will never go back. I can't give them any stars. Not recommended. Not a friendly place. We don't have a boat. My son brought our golf cart. And there was problems with that. Paid for 5 days and didn't even stay one night. Left trailer and truck.

Great little family oriented campground.A park area, a pool, a restroom equipped with showers if you can't or don't use or have ones in whatever you are camping in. Nice little on site store with a little arcade in back for any rainy days you may have, still have something to entertain the kids... or those who are kids at heart! Lol weekend themes and activities. My family liked it so much they decided to geta seasonal pass there, which is a first in their years of camping! To find a place they are willing to commit to for a full season instead of bouncing between 2-3 of their favorite ones says a lot about how great this place, and the people there, really are ❤
