Admistration is very rude, trash camping. No space , it feels that you are on top each other . Bathrooms are dirty.

That have been great here and very helpful here we are very happy with Tiptam and would recommend them for any one with a camper. During the summer there’s a lot of activities for the kids.

I came here 3 months ago they have been great with my girlfriend and myself. Never do they bother me while i am working and always going the extra mile for all the campers out here. I was new to the RV full timer lifestyle. They showed me how a lot of stuff works, including my gas. This place has so much more amenities and events during the summer then any other place I’ve been to. They have playgrounds dog park and even a game room. The place I stayed at before here cost me, double and I have double the comfort at Tiptam. Rest assure your RV is safe here it is gated and there is cameras everywhere. Make sure to pick up after your pets keep your RV and your spot tidy, and you won’t have nothing to worry about.

First time at Tip Tam camping resort and I loved it. Me and my wife came and the staff was very helpful, especially letting me know about things to do in the area. Despite being fall, the grounds were very clean, and while we were there, they were in the process of cleaning the grounds of the leaves. Small store for your necessities and your indulgences. The cabins were clean and warm especially on a cold night. Can’t wait until camping weather comes back to start again definitely coming back.

I loved Tip Tam camping resort... very clean... very comfortable bathrooms... a very safe place even if you bring children they will have many activities to have fun with... and very respectful and friendly treatment... we had a very pleasant weekend... I can't wait for next summer... highly recommended..

The grounds are well maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly. There are a lot of rules however they help keep the park beautiful and the campers safe. There doesn't seem to be issues that warrants police involvement like mentioned in other posts. Public restrooms and laundry services are clean and they even have hot water for the showers. They do charge more if you have more people but this is explained when you make the reservation and the price per additional guest is reasonable. If you are being kicked out it's because you have violated the easy to follow rules and have been warned at least once.

First, the reservation was horrible. we reserved two campsites right next to each other for 13 people and they said that it was fine. When we arrived the sites were separated and the staff was complaining that we had too many cars and people for two sites. Next, while others campsites were playing music and having fun, we were being harassed by the staff, (accused of wondering when we were going to the bathroom) and also the campers around us too. The smell of marijuana reeked throughout our campsite and tents with many of our children around. Lastly, our children were accused of running through campsites when they were sleeping, meanwhile other children were running through our camps and others. So all in all, if you are hispanic and wanting to have a fun and a peaceful time with the family, I do not recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience. The staff was great. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The camp sites are very roomy so we still felt separated. They made sure to get two sites together for my daughter’s family. With all of the trees we had plenty of shade all day. I’m already planning my next trip back in August. Can’t wait.

Darren was awesome! There’s not a problem he and the staff couldn’t or wouldn’t handle. The weekend noise and children whose parents are irresponsible are the only complaints I have.
