We stayed at this park for close to a year. The park is very well kept and the staff is friendly, proactive, welcoming, responsive, and protective of their residents. The facilities are very nice and we loved our stay there. The pool was a highlight for our family. The staff ensures that the park continues to be very family friendly. We had family visit us and stay in the cabins. They were cozy, clean, and comfy. We would recommend to anyone who is either staying for a night or longer term. It is an excellent place to stop by or to call home.

Very last minute booking. The lady I spoke with was absolutely amazing and helpful. Very friendly staff. We were in town to help with the floods and she was kind enough to discount the cabins for us. That is excellent customer service and commitment to your community. Cabin was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful park with a beautiful pool and views. The people in the office were very friendly. I give it 3 stars because they are letting too many people live permanently in their campers. Some are looking run down taking away from the beauty of the park. Such a beautiful place to let this happen. Other than that it had the views, very clean and was great place.

This is a beautiful campground/resort in a rustic setting on a hilltop; easy access to Comfort and Boerne. Beautiful views surrounding. Nice view of the sunrise from our cabin window. Beautiful Joshua Springs Preserve is just across the highway. Our cabin was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Overall, it's a good place. However, we did feel that the half-of-a-duplex cabin was overpriced, and there are several reasons we would not return (at least to the half-duplex cabin): 1) The shower in the cabin is a camper-size shower (too short for 6-ft-tall men, and too small for an adult to turn around or soap up comfortably); there are larger showers available in the clubhouse. 2) The duplex cabins have a door between the units (to allow friends or families to rent both sides), but there is a large crack above the door, where you can see the light in the other side of the cabin, and can hear your neighbors speaking or watching TV). 3) We could not get our TV to turn on, and since we were out doing things from early in the morning until evening, we had no opportunity to ask the staff for help. 4) The front desk and camp store is available only 10am-6pm daily. This is a problem when we paid as much or more than we would have for a typical chain hotel that always has someone at the front desk. 5) The pool is only 4ft deep, and was so busy with children, that we were not able to enjoy it peacefully. They should have hours for adults only in the pool.
