encore topics is a beautiful location. Wheelchair friendly. Great neighborhood. The people that live in the area are very very friendly. The place is well maintained. It’s a friendly environment with lots of nice people living in and around that area. Low crime area.

We were here for 2 weeks. We were assigned a spot with a concrete patio, but they put us on another one (sand, grass) after the rain it was dirty. There was an unpleasant incident when workers were mowing the grass and our water hose was cut. But the park employee installed his own hose for us. When we came home from the walk, he came over and explained the situation, apologized and brought a new hose in the evening. I even managed to take some beautiful photos for my book here. Thank you.

Wonderful RV and MH park. The people here are great. We live out of state and inherited a MH in this park. The residents and staff, especially Paula, were very helpful during a difficult time. Would highly recommend!

Lots of areas to walk the dogs with bags and cans spaced approximately 100 yards apart. Pool, shuffleboard, etc. Near Weeki Wachee Spring State Park.

Been staying here for a month now. Lot rent for a month during off season is around 1000 plus electric. Nice space between most camp sites. They need more gravel/rock at each campsite entrance and to me a few more tall bushes or trees between sites would be nice. Since there is not a lot of shade. Pool is nice and community room is nice and big. Pool area needs some shaded area over the water. Like one of those shade things they put over playgrounds. With having children in the park a small playground area would be nice . Ex: swings and slide or climbing stuff. Over all a nice park

The office staff of Paula and Beth are tremendous! We had car trouble on our way home and had to stay at the resort for a week. They were truly sympathetic to our situation ensuring that we had transportation for groceries if required and also offering the use of their personal vehicle. My wife and I cannot express the gratitude we have for these two individuals. They even followed up with a phone call to ensure we made it home safely. If you are looking for a park with great amenities and service, this is the park for you!

Nothing good about this place, wifi sucks, pool was cold (was told it was heated!) the lot we were given was worse than camping in the woods, there were other nicer ones but staff said they were reserved, wow ok. Never again for me! Plus took on average 15-20 minutes to get out of the place on busy countyline road.

The only problem is getting out of the facility. It's on a busy highway. The place is amazing though. They have fun activities going all the time. They had cake and ice cream yesterday, the cake tasted amazing. McDonald's, fast food, and dollar general are next door for anything you forgot to grab from home. Very friendly community and the maintenance staff is on top of any problem within minutes. Can't say enough about the place. Will definitely be back. 🫡

Enjoyed staying 3 nights in a 35’ travel trailer. Concrete pad to park on and a nice picnic table. Large sites. Heated pool. Friendly people. Nice, professional, helpful and friendly office staff.
