Wonderful RV park. We stayed twice this summer on our way to and from CO and Albuquerque. Spots were level. All hook-ups worked. Quiet. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great park to walk in because of paved surfaces. Plan on making this our regular stop on way to visit relatives in Co.

For all I know, it may be the nicest RV park in Roswell, but sites are tight and 50 amp is limited. We had to move sites due to low overhead branches on a tree. The laundry facility had several inoperable machines and needed a thorough cleaning. Pretty quiet park.

This place is nice but has gone down hill lately. Used to be kept really clean and maintained but now starting to look run down and weeds everywhere. Pool area not kept up etc

This was our last stop on this trip. Valerie was fantastic upon arrival; very friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing. The clubhouse had a pool table and ping pong which was fun. A shade tree by the RV site helped with cooling. The Pizza Hut in town delivered to the campground. Definitely a great place to stay!

Pros: good location for Roswell, nice level & roomy sites. Cons: not very "dog" friendly as it's all paved and rocks. Dog park was quite a distance from our site, and being disabled wasn't a viable option.

Stayed here for 1 night on our way to workamping gig. Nice place and pull thru was nice and long and level. FHU connections were well placed for our rig. Arrived after hours and they had place for information and easily found our site. Staff was friendly and other people in the park were friendly. They do have some low hanging tree limbs in the park that need to be cut back as I would have scraped a little bit if I hadn't drove through part of the campsites off the asphalt road. Also the trees in the sites were a little overgrown but just tall enough to not scrape. Otherwise nice park and good place to stay if visiting Roswell. No alien abductions happened that I am aware of while there. Stayed in a 40' class A with a 14' trailer and a car.

Large, relatively well maintained park (except for water hookup - see photo!). Friendly welcoming staff. Sites very close together.Bath and laundry clean and well maintained. Our site accommodated our 32 fr Class C without unhooking our road. Typical park wifi and limited Dish CATV.

Great RV park close to downtown Roswell and easy to get to. Quiet for as close to the road as it is with very level gravel sites. We've been traveling in the RV for 3 weeks across the country and this park has had the best shower facilities so far. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Quiet and homey, except for the homeless guy that wondered in. Visited downtown Roswell during our stay. Nice big shade trees, campsites are in need of weed control. Nice dog areas, small fenced area near our site, a giant fenced areas over by the mobile homes. The restrooms were clean and Nice reasonably priced laundry room.

I spent 3 days here and happy I did. The park is close to downtown and surprisingly quiet. Full hook ups and most pull through. Lanes are concrete with level gravel pads. Sites are rather close to each other, only a couple feet separating my slide from the neighbors but it works. Clean showers and restrooms. Staff is awesome to work with. 40 TV channels, cable is available, 5G with T-moble. I would not hesitate to visit this park in the future!
