I am glad that Tri-Village Self Storage is located at 195 E. Long St. I have lived in the Tri-Village area of central Ohio [Grandview Heights, Marble Cliff, and Upper Arlington] for my entire life so I had been surprised when first noticing a business with "Tri-Village" in its name that is not in the Tri-Village area. After having done some research, I have learned that the owner of Tri-Village Self Storage had grown up in the Tri-Village area, hence the name. The reason that I am glad that Tri-Village Self Storage is located at 195 E. Long St. is that I occasionally attend events at Slammers bar [across the street at 202 E. Long St.] and then occasionally [depending on the availability of other modes of travel] will need to request a ride home afterwards via Uber. I am aware that E. Long St. in that area is one-way eastbound so picking me up in front of 202 E. Long St. would probably involve my driver having to allow me to enter the car on the left side rather than on the right side. Also, the words "195 East Long St." are clearly visible from the street [in huge white letters on a dark blue awning] so I have chosen that location as my default "pick-up address" whenever I am riding home from Slammers bar via Uber.

Employee that works there wanders around on his phone and doesn’t do work. He cut the lock on my unit when I told him not to and left all my stuff vulnerable when I was out of town. Additionally I called customer service 4 times to talk to a manager and never got a call. I was told I’d be called and that a manager was coming to the unit and he never showed. I called back and got a hold of the manager and he didn’t take responsibility for anything. Was not helpful and had an attitude. Do not use this storage unit. They are not organized, slack with their work, don’t care about their customers or their employees doing work. Lazy workers and management.

Wow, i have never felt so disrespected by someone hating their job so much. Literally getting cussed out over the phone over someone hating their job. If you look at all my written reviews.. they’ve always been 5 stars and respectfully and carefully placed them as to relationships are important nowadays.. but this is unacceptable.. would not recommend this place even tho I have not missed a single payment in storage rent for one year. What a loser of a management team cussing customers out. Get out of here

This location is terrific! Not only is it clean and well-organized, but the staff is wonderful, too! Our short-term storage needs turned into a long-term stay and they were very accommodating! We will use them again and highly recommend their services!
