People were friendly, lots of activities, many functions cost extra $$, plenty of space but RVs are required to park on the grass and the ground is soft so my Jack's sunk which required multiple relevings of my RV. Office management lied to me more than once so be aware

suprised by quiet it is being next to the airport. Safe gated community, office staff very helpful. Various things to do,pool,hot tub, If you have something to complain about your looking to hard.

Top Notch RV park in the Rio Grande Valley with friendly residents, a ton of activities including music and entertainment, weekly meal offerings, plenty of outdoor and indoor sports and games. As a Winter Texan, we’ll be back again next year!

The sites are big. It's a great set up for thousand trails members.. I just don't understand how they wouldn't allow us to put up our clam shell tent on grass but allow rugs.. The staff was friendly and they have a lot of activities and amenities.. The only downfall if any was it was near the airport but the longer we were there the less we notice it.. We enjoyed it.. Just disappointed that we couldn't use our tent..

I visited my mom who lives there year round. Fell in love with Texas and became a permanent Texan. The staff is incredible, the park is beautiful. All of the residents are super friendly. I love living here.

Sites are large. Pretty palm trees to enhance the skyline, but no large overhanging trees to contend with. Staff is friendly, bathrooms and showers clean. Propane refills on site!

We went and investigated them for the possible staying there next year, it rated high on our radar it looked really good, hope it meets our expectations.
