This KOA is one of the nicest I have visited. Although located in Tucson, it has a relaxed, tranquil, environment that makes one think they are not in the city. It is convenient to most of the popular tourist attractions in Tucson, including the Pima Air Museum, Saquaro NP, and Mission San Xavier del Bac. Sites are level, long and wide, with fruit trees providing separation between the sites so you don't feel jammed in with your neighbor. If you are visiting in hot weather, they offer solar panel shaded sites that provide shade to the entire site and your rig, enabling you to actually enjoy sitting outside without broiling. There are two pools and a hot tub onsite, putting greens on the end of almost every row, a restaurant, and many other amenities. Check in is easy, the staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

Very well maintained camp ground. The folks who checked us in were super nice and friendly. The store has some good options and coffee available for the morning. I wish the restaurant on site stayed open later and opened for breakfast as I heard good things about it! Fruit trees planted all over gave the place a nice extra touch of

This huge (400 site) KOA sits near a number of large RV dealers and is home for many "snow birds" when the winter comes. When we arrived for our nearly week-long visit to see Saguaro NP and other sights in the area, temps were in or near 100 degrees and occupancy was about 25% of full. Nice paved roads, gravel sites (not level), easy connections, nice patio with good outdoor furniture. There are many amenities for campers, and we took advantage of some of them: plenty of parking near the laundry, pool, registration, and on site restaurant (which served pretty good food). Wifi was good for streaming. Got our MH cleaned by the onsite service at a fair price. Overall, a very nice, well-maintained KOA.

The best KOA I have ever been to. EVER! Super fast WIFI (40 Mb/s down and 30 Mb/s up), pools (2), hot tub, pond, RC track, dog parks (4), dog wash (2), Laundry rooms (2), bike and golf cart rental, kids rides, putting greens, large bathrooms with large showers, etc. (the list goes on and on). Restaurant on premises. Nice mix of back-in, pull thru, and covered RV parking, cabins too. Regular activities communicated via text message. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Afterhours check-in at guard shack. You have to visit this KOA, then the bar will be set (very high) for all future RV parks you visit. It is one KOA visit you will remember forever.

The nicest park we have stayed in so far. The pool and hot tub are perfect. Grounds are well maintained. Landscaping is beautiful. Fruit and olive trees. Staff is extremely nice and helpful and even the restaurant was great , we had a steak.

Good: there are a lot of resort amenities. Paved roads. Friendly and helpful staff. Not so good. Upon arrival we picked up a grocery bag full of trash from our site. The patio furniture was filthy. We had to wash it before use. The dog pen and K-nine pens could use a cutting. The resort is located near some very busy roads- lots of traffic noise.

Zero stars. I am one of those who never leaves reviews but this place deserves one. If you ever need assistance or help here you won’t get it. Management was absent and you aren’t able to talk with them at all, doesn’t matter the severity of the situation. The front desk acts as worthless middlemen who don’t give you any answers or explanation to how they run things. They don’t care AT ALL. The resort is nice but because of the staff we will NEVER go back. Unfortunately we wasted our money and even more so our time doing a month’s rent at this terribly managed place. Zero communication and worst costumer service I’ve witnessed. Cant express how frustrated and disappointed I am about this.

We have a very nice stay at the Tuscon KOA! We were lucky to be there in February when the weather was lovely. We had a great level site with fruit trees around. Easy walk to a beautiful pool. They had some great activities and train rides that the kids liked. The store is AMAZING. Shout to Bridget for being so friendly and awesome. She made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Their New Mexican restaurant on site was VERY good! Was easy to get to Saguaro National Park from there, and also had decent grocery stores nearby. Great KOA!

This is a super fabulous campground. Large spacious sites with a variety of site options to choose from. The grounds were immaculate and office staff helpful going above and beyond. It does have resort feel in Tucson but not resort prices. Best value campground we have ever stayed at in our 20+ years of camping. Only drawback is location does seem to be in not so great part of town but entire grounds are fenced with block walls and security gates. We felt safe. There are large RV dealerships just outside property.

This KOA is absolutely beautiful. If you are in the area or just driving through, make sure you book a stay for at least one night or more. They have everything you can think of. The 2 pools are so nice and relaxing. Every campsite is perfect. The grounds immaculate. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry rooms are extremely clean. This is our 4th year here and we love it. The little library is an awesome book exchange and we loved trading books. "Leave one take one" They also have get amenities for the kids. Huge shout out to Cindy, one of the staff members who went above and beyond to make sure the bathroom was in pristine condition. Great job by all of the staff
