Multiple units got broken into mine included during the night.They found out the next day during the day. Don’t get fooled by the name of this place you won’t have your stuff secured here. I have better security cameras at my home That this people Have in this place.

Been trying to get a hold of someone to let them know that I will no longer be needed the place and every time I call I get sent to the "wrong" person. Tried to email back when they sent me a bill saying I was late on payment. Only thing I got back was a bill for a 2nd late charge. Spend the extra $10 to use a real storage place.

I've had a great experience with Triangle Storage. Low cost and gated entry. The new manager Cathy is helpful, patient, and detail oriented. The facilities are humble but reasonable for the rent paid. Other thoughts: 1) The office is right next to the gate with the keypad. 2) Turning left onto S 108th E Ave from 31st St is almost impossible, as the traffic heading east never stops. There is no left turn light there. Best to approach by heading east on 31st and turn right onto 108th E Ave. 3) The exit gate sensor doesn't always trigger on cars. I find that I sometimes have to back up the car, then wave my hand in front of it. Now that I know that I haven't had any issues. 4) There is an alternate gate Cathy can unlock for direct access to vehicle storage. 5) They aren't open Saturday and Sunday. 6) Property is under video surveillance.

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Don't deal with these people. They cannot do simple math. And also made the comment to mail the money because I would "squander" it. Are you kidding? I have a new baby and I am not employed. Who uses that word anyways? Month after month they have been off about what I owe. And I can't wait to be done with their incompetence. They have 2 people waiting for my storage unit because of the size... But they want to over charge $175 to get my stuff. It would be smart to hire people with brains and maybe get a computer. Might help with that big math issue.

Decent, but secure customer information is less private than public record governed by the Freedom of Information Act. When they wiped my access code, I had full view of the log book while it was being looked at. They have very minimal security. My place had been broken in to and the lock cut. I was called and accused of not putting a lock on it. Paying perfectly and a few months ahead of time for a decade meant nothing when my wife didn't realize she'd not mailed a check that month. Actually what it did mean was a penalty price increase.
