My experience here has been great so far. We arrived here early and we were able to get in to our site. We have visited Salem and we are headed up to Portland today. The location to everything is worth the stay alone! We haven’t had any issues at our site. What I will say is, just be careful when coming down the roads to get here. They are not super wide.

I've visited a seasonal friend several times over the last few years and the annual fee keeps going up, and what's provided by the campground keeps declining. There's virtually nothing offered in terms of amenities and activities. If you have children and are looking for a campground to keep them busy, there's nothing to see here. Keep looking!

We loved the tiny house MURPHY! Was very nice , cozy and welcoming ! The staff from then moment we got into the campground were accommodating and friendly ! The store had a little bit of everything one could need ! We purchased marshmallows and fire sticks ! Would definitely return there if ever headed that way again !

I loved the location of this campground as its close to Hampton beach! I do feel for tent sites that a more shaded spot is needed. Also the dog park needs to be father away from saidtent sites!

You advertised on your website with a picture of a big pontoon boat but yet claimed there are no boats allowed on the water .......false advertising I would say. The public bathrooms are disgusting, half the campground smells like a sewer and the help is useless. The pool was closed due to high bacteria and the store is poorly supplied.

We unfortunately came in when it was raining and we were parked now in a small pond. There is a 4” deep puddle where the edge is 6+ ft from the step. Had to use blocks the make makeshift stepping stones just to get in the trailer. This is Saturday and we plan on staying here till the following Sunday !!!🤦♂️Not happy to say the least!

Nice staff. Way too many potholes. Not well kept. Bathrooms are filthy, garbage is a drive to get to depending on what side of the park you are on. Couldn't get our class A 40' around the first corner without removing our tow. Store closes at 5 pm no staff until 10 am. Was not a great experience.

Reserved a "loft" for$274 for 1 night. Mattresses had covers that were ripped and mattress had obvious stains. Front deck was literally falling off the building. Carpets were filthy. Internet does not work. Water was not hooked up. Grill had foil over it that had been used. Drawers missing. And I'm sure I'm forgetting other things. Staff was polite but unable to fix anything and owner did not return my phone calls.

Nice place to camp. Wish the office was open longer. We travel for work and stayed here for a month. When we would get back to our RV, sometimes we want to go to the office/store to get some things but it closes at 5pm. We feel it should stay open longer to be convenient for all people camping and people coming in at later times. Overall we liked our spot and the people were very nice!
