I’m writing this review based on service. Not very friendly owner. Not willing to problem solve and help through issues that may arise with billing, booking etc. when trying to resolve issues owner Misti flat out was just rude and unwilling to be kind to help resolve the issue. This has now happened to our family two times. We will not ever give the opportunity for it to happen again! It’s a beautiful place, just sad the owner is yucky. Beware!

It was cold. Great scenery. The mountains nearby were beautiful to see. Not crowded at this time of year. It snowed a little bit when it wasn't raining. The mountains were visibly snowyer? The next morning.

This review is specifically for the RV sites. This is the only full hook up option on the lower lake so they don't have any reason to improve the place. The sites are all very cobbled together and the dirt and dust is far worse than the state campgrounds. Another reviewer suggested gravel and we agree. One of our sites had a perpetual smell of sewage day and night. The road within the RV sites is pretty bumpy and rough and again creates a huge amount of dust. We definitely won't be back unless they make some improvements. One positive note, the people working at the store that help with checkin were lovely and helpful.

I havent stayed at the resort, but have frequently visited the DELI and General Store over the years! The highlights of my 2025 camping vacation were the Hibiscus Fizz and sandwiches from the DELI...located in the back of the General Store! Service is always with a kind welcome and smile! I will head South soon and see if I can recreate the Hibiscus Fizz for myself. If not, I will just have to wait until next summer for a repeat performance! Thanks again!

We had the pleasure of staying here in early May...what a treat! Having never been there before, we were not sure what to expect. We stayed in one of the cabins...very quaint and relaxing settting. Very clean accomadations, comfortable bed and nice size bathroom and kitchen area. Staff members were polite and helpful. The views around the lake are spectacular....we hiked every day! Highly recommend for a getaway anytime! Nancy & Hank Wylie

Having gone to the Eastern Sierra Region for the past 30+ years with my Wife, we are kicking ourselves for not staying here sooner! We’ve always just grabbed a motel for base camp and drove to all the lakes and streams to fish and enjoy the outdoors. This year we changed that and stayed at Twin Lakes Resort, one of our favorite lakes, and enjoyed 5 days of peace and tranquility! The cabins are quaint, have everything you could need except your groceries. Bed was super comfortable, excellent water pressure for a hot shower at the end of the day and unlimited beauty surrounding you. We rented a pontoon boat 2 days in a row and were blessed with almost no wind until we were ready to come in for the day! This may have been our first time here, but definitely not our last! Hopefully we stay healthy enough for annual visits in the future! Thanks to Misti & Tim for creating the ultimate getaway.

Love the Twin Lakes resort, just a quick visit this year but had a great sandwich and salad at the Cafe and love that they have Mammoth Brewing Co beer on tap.

It's one of my favorite places in this world. Misty and Tim are the best! They take very good care of everyone who comes to stay at their resort. The staff are wonderful! They are very helpful, lots of advice for fishing, and are always willing to chat and answer any questions you may have. Love this place so much!

Booked to stay and needed to change our route due to fires obstructing our journey. Gave them 10 days notice of wanting to cancel and there was absolutely zero flexibility on the extremely long return policy (30 days). Lots of things changed due to the weather which was entirely out of our control, with a young child we were not willing to take the risk, and there was zero compassion. They’ll just take your money. Only book if you’re absolutely sure you can go (we would have done had it not been for the unpredictable nature of fire season).

The Cafe was great everyone there was so nice service and food was delicious. At the General Store and Gift Shop they were all very helpful. We just had stopped by to check out the lakes and campsites. Just Beautiful. We will definitely will be back in the future. Definitely a special place for the family.
