This might be our favorite park (we keep coming back) and we've been to most. The staff, Erika and Barb work so hard with a GREAT attitude. The park is really clean with so many amenities. The Halloween decorations, the Haunted Trail...AMAZING!!! We cannot say enough great things about staying here. Location is perfect. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this park. It's hard to take halloween pictures and make them look even a little bit as good as they really do. The haunted trail scared the pee out of me. It went on for a while. Awesome job.

Camping for their Halloween weekends (so.much.fun.) Super friendly and patient staff worked very hard with us trying to locate 3 campsites together despite us trying to book last minute. But we got it and couldn’t be happier

Nice campground and great staff! Our site they booked us in would not work for our 13 night stay and they were booked for the next couple of weekends because they do a Halloween thing for kids, but the staff worked hard and gave us two sites to straddle to make it right. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this campground.

My wife and I have been coming to Twin Mills (and kids) for almost 40 yrs. We have expirenced their growth, policy changes and owners. We had a permanent sight for a few years and now we come to join our kids. Camping has always been a great way to make new friends and we have many. One couple have become life long friends who have become very special. Yes Twin Mills has had its ups and downs but over all it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

We have had an amazing experience at this campground this year as a seasonal. The new management is great and all the problems that were posted from past people have turned out not to be true. We stayed in the campground for weeks. It was great . The pool is clean and well maintained. Everything is well maintained. The real reason why campers are now telling friends and campers about Twin Mills Campground is the office staff . They are great . Always smiling . Always listening. Always trying to do anything to make your stay a great one . The manager is new this year and she is the best . Other office personnel are wonderful . If you need anything , they will try to accommodate you . I rarely review anything so that's how impressive this place is . JG

Our family had a great time this weekend. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was friendly and happy to help with any questions. They had a dj at the pool, nice beach, mini golfing, movie night and a parade with candy and trinkets for the kids. I would recommend this campground. Our kids had a fantastic time making new friends and great memories. Looking forward to coming back.

Rude office people. This used to be a great place but it's not the same. Pool never got repaired and never got an answer why not. Many great people have left. It's like a ghost town now. All the fun is over. So dissaointed.

I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. They have let the sites go and not taken care of them. The Pool is closed down all season, The best part of the whole stay was the golf cart parade. The office staff is very rude.This was my second time staying here. Last year the place was really nice but since the new people took over, it has went down hill. I came to town for business and told the girl in the office I needed to stay for about 6weeks or so, she proceeds to tell me I have to do a background check if staying more than a month. No problem! I filled out the paperwork and turned it back in to the office. I received a call from the office 33days later and she said that my background check hadn't came back yet and that I needed to remove my camper and myself from the property IMMEDIATELY!!! So I made some phone calls and found a really nice campground 5 min away and moved the next day. Five days later after I moved out, the office called me ( The same Rude Girl) and said my background check had came back and that I can come back and stay until the end of the season!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! AND NEVER AGAIN...SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAMPGROUND.

I stayed in an RV spot for 8 days. 5 of those days there were campers location right outside my door. There were at least 20+ spots available in the 3 isles in that section of the park. I asked the management about why they had to assign groups of campers right next to my spot. The Manager Lia was so rude from the start of the conversation. She told me that I need to reserve 3 spots when I go camping to ensure "no one will be next to me". I explained that I understand people will be next to me while camping, but not expecting to have them "within 5 feet" of my spot when there are 20+ other spots available. She had no understanding or consideration as to my point of view. She told me 3 times "that if I didn't like it I could leave". The one set of campers next to me started a big fire in the pit the morning they left and it burned and smoldered all day with ashes blowing into my door. They left a bunch of trash and dog food there as well. Management never came to check the site after they checked out and assigned someone to that spot the next day. I told her about that and she told me "that I should have called the office to let them know about the fire".... NO, it's your job to check the sites to make sure they are clean for the next guest. I asked for her district managers information and she said "you can contact them, but I'm on going to call them right now and tell them about you". The washers and dryers are all rusty and will stain your clothes. I spoke to several of the annuals there and they said the management doesn't care and is rude to lots of them as well. I never write bad reviews, but this manager Lia is the worst ever! I have never experienced anyone like this before. I will never go there again. It's a nice area, but plan on finding a better managed park to stay next time.
