This is our 3rd time to stay here, very reasonably priced, owner are very nice and will talk your leg off. Bathhouse is older but nice after a long day out and about. Lots of open ground to back in or pull in your rig, wifi throughout the campground. 10 minutes to grocery and fuel.

The towns around here are not great, but there is a grocery store, family dollar, and a restaurant in Antonito 7 miles away. There is plenty to do as far as outdoor activities go. It's a nice quiet rv spot. There's a beautiful river running through the park. The owners are great. We had a lovely stay.

Fun, friendly and easily accessible little camping park. I highly recommend one of the family cabins that you can get to across the footbridge from the rest of the camp. During our stay the footbridge needed a little attention as the walking path across it was a bit squishy. Other than that I have nothing but positive remarks about this fun little campground. It's managed and operated by a wonderful couple. They're very friendly and helpful to guests. I stayed as part of a work group retreat. Their Pavilion worked wonderfully while we worked on strategic planning for next school year. The campground was a wonderful setting to bring families!

This is a great RV park. The sights are grass with room between you and your neighbor and can accommodate large rvs. We will stay there again.

A wonderful and relaxing experience. The owners are the sweetest folks ever! I was in Cabin 5 which is one of the older cabins. It was small but plenty big enough for 2 people. It was extremely clean and the kitchen well stocked. The Conejos River was right behind the cabin. If you're looking for a friendly and quiet place to stay, this is it.

NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD First off management is way out of line and rude, don't even bother wasting your money here. Second inside the cabin I rented the door does not close to the bathroom, the front door to the outdoors has a large hole in it. The shower does not work. The bathroom flooring was chipped and broken but it gets better, the management accused me of STEALING the "carpet in the cabin" when they only have rugs, and I would never have stolen a rug. They charged me for "damages" that I did not cause. Front office was also creepy and talking about disrespectful subjects upon checking in. DONT GO HERE

Spent three nights in one of their cabins, and it was perfect. Very clean, surprisingly comfortable beds, gas stove and outdoor grill provided. The host was lovely, the guests were quiet and respectful, and it was a great home base for fishing the Conejos. I definitely hope to return soon.

We stayed here in our rv for a month. Location is great. Fishing, hiking, camping all within minutes. You have to try the Amish baked goods (carrot cake with creme cheese frosting, oh my!) Excellent stay, we will be back. Heads up the washer/ dryer was out so we washed our clothes in town. No problem

This place has potential, but still has a way to go. We stayed here based on fond memories of a stay a few years back and were somewhat disappointed. Our cabin had a futon in the living area which was oversized for the frame (which would neither sit up or lay down) leaving us no real place to sit. The bedside lamps were all either broken or we had to get on our hands and knees to find a place to plug the lamps in. The laundry facility was in a pavilion strewn with cobwebs, and of the multiple washers and dryers, none of them were working or even plugged in. The TV was not working until after multiple notifications. The bridge crossing the stream was “mushy”, moving with every step. The square footage of the refrigerator was about twice that of the shower and the toilet was only about 14” high. Could be a great place, but we will look for improvements before we return.

Stayed a month(July-August 2021) in 43' class A MH. Really great folks running the park. Will do about anything possible to please the campers. Rural area, mostly quiet. Mosquitoes bad to tolerable as time when on. Really need a screened tent to stay outside at night. Wifi poor but owners were doing everything they could to improve it. It was tolerable. Would stay again if in the area. Also, if you want fishing this is the place.
