The employees that work here should never be left alone without a manager they are to disrespectful to customers then call their manager and act like the customer is trouble after being disrespectful to them making threatening actions like they want to fight and call the police then when you bring a truck back they double charge you cause it wS a over not drop off and app doesn't work correctly this has got to be the absolute worst location in Cleveland no other place operates like this one everyone currently working here needs to be fire and replaced by a whole new crew and management

Fast and easy needed a truck to move at the last min! Reserved it on line walk in did they check in process dropped It back off in 4 hours with the drop box Right there for convience after hours

When we went into the building it reeked of propane. The girl behind the counter said her head hurt and was getting worse. They had left the propane on. After we got the paperwork sorted out in the propane choked building the truck wouldn't start. The lights would turn on and the gauge said the battery had charge, but the starter would just click. He somehow got the truck to start but it was obvious the starter was going bad. I didn't feel good about it but it was the last truck the size we needed. Now we're stranded halfway to our final destination with a truck that won't start. Pretty much the only good thing I can say is that the staff was very friendly. But if you value your health, your time, or your sanity, go anywhere else.

I stopped at this U-Haul to get propane for my RV. Eventhough they were extremely busy, all 3 people who helped me were kind and helpful. It was a joyful experience. I highly recommend.

East 55th gets a bad name for several reasons, but this location should not fall under that judgement. Everyone was very helpful when I went in recently and rented a truck. Extremely helpful actually. The young lady and gentleman that helped me were thorough, patient and helped me return boxes I didn’t need. This is a perfect example to the golden rule in affect. Treat others how you want to be treated and chances are you’ll get great service anywhere you go. This Uhaul location treated me right and I felt compelled to leave a review that correlates.
