You would think for what we paid to rent the U Haul they would be happy to help you turn in your vehicle. Nope, four employees hanging out inside while we wait outside for ten minutes. Then when we go back inside the four employees just stare like they don’t know what to do when you say, “we are still waiting to turn in your vehicle”.

Both women at the desk are rude as hell, even to the guys who work there. They ought to be glad it's not my franchise. Won't come back again.

Don't ever leave anything personal. I know that's obvious but with pregnancy brain I just totally forgot it and when I came back to get it not even 30 min later my money was gone from inside of my wallet so they had to have opened it and took out my money. To some it might not be a lot but that is all I have until next month. It was my fault but still would be nice to be able to have a little trust even if forgot by accident. They will steal your stuff! Don't trust them with any personal belongings just a little heads up

It is a very busy location. The front desk staff needs more help. It’s ridiculous that companies raise their rates and make more profits and the ‘working class’ is struggling to keep up with less help. The lady that was there On 8.11.2022 was working very hard with all the calls and the line kept getting longer and no one came out to help her. She kept her cool the entire time but I could tell she was stretched very thin.

I reserved My Husband a truck and the reservation was 'Guaranteed' for the next morning (Date & Time). However, once at the store, the previous Leasee had Not yet returned the truck. So, the Female Attendant said she'd need to speak with her Manager (older Male), to see what needed to be done. He had her call a different location and they found us a truck at the 10th & Memorial location. The Manager honored the 'Guarantee' and credited the card on file for $50. It was pretty busy, with a steady flow of incoming Customers. However, the situation was handled, as Quickly as time allowed.👌🏾 I asked him who would we need to speak with, once we drove to the 10th & Memorial location. He said, "Keri (with a 'K') will be able to help you guys", so I 'Thanked' him and then we left, Immediately headed to the 10th and Memorial U-Haul. Unfortunately, we did NOT have such a 'seamless' Nor pleasant experience, at the other location on 10th and Memorial or a professional or positive one with the Manager, Keri "with a K"......👎🏾👎🏾 NOTE: The 'Thumbs👎🏾👎🏾Down' were Specifically meant-ONLY for the 10th & Memorial location......NOT for This one at, 51st & Hwy 169!👍🏾
