Marcella, Sabrina, and Evertt were absolutely fantastic, I couldn’t recommend this location more! Easy check-in, friendly and helpful service, and we were checked out in less than 5 minutes. Quite honestly the best experience I’ve had at any U-Haul location.

First off I love the customer service I received when I was there. It was such a bad time after being put out of my apt but the manager I believe ms brown really made it seem better for me. And even helped put a smile on my face by displaying her character and great sense of humor also fully explaining my contract to me . I really recommend this location and will definitely in the future come back

While the service may be good and very positive at first, when drop-off comes, that's when they want to hit you with everything. I got charged 82.09 for a dent that I did not cause, nor was it there when I rented the truck. They didn't try to call me or anything to try and understand what happened. I had to call them a day later to figure out what the extra charge was for.

I loved the location, staff, and service. Processes and policy implementation not so much. For example, what enforcement mechanism is enabled by asking for two contacts who attest to knowing who you are? None. There are too many ways to circumvent such a policy but there it is. U-Haul as a corporate entity needs to take some of those efforts back to the drawing board. Staff at this location was stellar!

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. When I showed up right when they opened at 7am to pick up my trailer, Marcella at the desk and Brooks on the lot were ready to help me out. Marcella helped me through the check-out process with a smile even when I had to add extra days to my reservation, and Brooks hooked the trailer up for me and made sure all of the lights were functioning properly. I had originally made my reservation at the S Capitol St location and was transferred here instead due to availability, and I'm glad I was even though I had to drive a bit farther. No complaints from me. One word of advice for anyone renting a trailer and I'm assuming a truck as well, don't try to drive too close to the Capitol. I was detoured by a cop and told to turn left onto 2nd St when I was trying to go straight onto Constitution Ave, and then I wasn't allowed to turn right onto Independence Ave either and had to go down to D St to turn. I was able to turn right onto Washington St and turn left on Independence Ave from there. Not a big deal and obviously out of U-Haul's control, but it would great if they could inform customers of this beforehand,
