The customer service isn’t the best, and they only have 1 elevator. I believe I should have gotten a prorated refund back on my storage unit, but the GM Michael Tadaro just didn’t want to do it.

This has been the worst experience. First of all, staff was busy and delayed my van rental by two hours (one hour spent waiting in line and one hour sorting out their system), so I paid for four hours and only was able to use two. Second, we rented the van specifically so we can store in a U-Haul storage unit which was reserved at the same time, only to be told the reservation wasn’t confirmed and that unit wasn’t available. They charged $100 for the next available unit (reserved unit was $40). Then upon unloading items into the building, the elevator breaks. So now we have a sofa on the first level for anyone to steal and all of our other belongings on the fourth floor for anyone to steal and no way to get to them or move anything into the unit we just paid for. We’re moving out of our apartment today and they have literally screwed our entire timeline because we now cannot move everything to another facility. Calling the regional office was of no help, as the person was very rude and only offered a more expensive unit 30 minutes away, with no comp/ free van rental to move to the other facility. Will never rent from U-Haul again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Do not use this location. Avoid at all costs, unless no other options. Horrible service. Waited for an hour for what could have taken 3 minutes. Awful experience. 2 stars because at the end of the day I got my U-Haul.

Save yourself the hassle if you are using this facility for storage. Seems as if the building was turned into a storage facility because it is poorly designed. First off there is hardly any parking. Inside there is only one concrete slab that is a ramp to your car and ppl are always parked blocking so you can't roll items from/to storages. So if they are blocked you have to carry your stuff down another set of stairs. Forgot to say our big storage we had to climb stairs and our small storage was above another one that we had to use a portable ladder. I've rented from other storage facilities and trust me if you are moving a whole house skip this location. If you are renting a uhaul truck, cool, otherwise no thank you.
