It looks like everyone here is hanging up the phone on purpose when customers are calling. I even walked in the Building and observed, there was no customer in line, and they were just picking up the phone and hanging up on purpose, and just eating junk food. Get someone at the front desk who actually answers the phone to assist customers. Stay away from this location. No if, ands, or buts.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! DON’T EVEN ASSOCIATE WITH IT! My brother opened a storage unit here and my dad was his emergency contact. My brother was delinquent on payments so my dad was permanently banned from UHaul until the debt was paid. I didn’t know and used my dad as an emergency contact and now I am also permanently banned from UHaul until the debt is paid. So annoying!

Rented a ten ft uhaul for furniture today! The process was super easy, affordable for fours and great customer service by the girl in the front. When we returned she had her young son with her to celebrate Mother’s Day! So sweet! Thank you for making the process so easy and the exceptional customer service ☺️ will definitely use again
