Do not go to this place for your own sanity. First off had to stand in the cold clearing snow off their vehicle and finally Took a vehicle and literally went down a street and back. Fuel gauge barely moved and got charged $99. Opened a complaint that I was overcharged and had their general manager tell me I was barking over the phone. Zero customer service and zero accountability. I repeat choose another service or better still another site.

Customer assistance was horrible. Dylan Olson (who I think is the name of the white guy as per the invoice) was rude, inattentive, and uninvolved. He didn't know what he was doing, it seems like he was not working there. First. I asked for my moving supplies for pick-up as agreed online: a mattress bag, a sofa bag, and a plastic stretch wrap. He didn't seem to understand how pick-ups work. He was like "oh, okay, well you can grab the items. bye". I felt lost and didn't know where to grab the things, he didn't care, he just stood behind the counter and kept chatting through his social media over the phone while laughing. Second, when I got in the store "my truck was not available anymore" and he didn't know why. He assigned me another last-minute truck and I repeatedly asked about the utility dolly and he said "it should be inside the truck".Before heading to the truck, he didn't know where the keys were: "Didn't I give those to you?"; I said "no, you didn't". Then, he decided to look for another truck. I headed out and found the truck just to realize that the dolly was not inside my truck. I came back and after complaining he just stood there behind the counter with his neutral face: "it seems that we don't have any anymore then.". He did nothing, no alternatives, no solutions, not even when the dolly was booked and already charged in the balance I paid. I keep complaining, so he said he could give me an appliances dolly but would charge me for that in addition unless I wanted to "look around the facilities and go find one". Someone else came after 10 more minutes and said that there was one anywhere outside and I could go and grab it. I did, but trust me, that whole experience felt like I was bothering someone while asking for a huge favor when THIS IS A SERVICE I PAID FOR. And I was very patient and kind most of the time. This delay affected my plans to pick up my stuff. I lost my orientation appointment in my new place where I was moving to, leading to a long wait time, and I was thus behind when returning the truck later that day.

really disappointed with the customer service at this uhaul. Had an issue with a truck reservation (someone entered mileage and gas incorrectly) and I was not reminded to check those before I left, ended up being charged an extra $80 and when I tried to speak with the manager (called twice and emailed) I never got a response. Would not go back here even though the Ubox employee who helped me was great.

Great store if you want to rent a van and be overcharged for it. Highly recommend if you want to be lied to saying that you returned it two days late, spend hours on the phone with them (I had to call 4 times) trying to get your bill adjusted, and be yelled at by a manager who hangs up on you multiple times and refuses to let you get a word in, even to ask a question. Just a horrible experience. I get that mistakes happen sometimes, but this was not the way to handle it. What a mess. Save yourself the time and stress and don't rent from here.

Had a great experience getting my RV's LP tank filled. In particular, William was super helpful, friendly and you can tell takes pride in the facility. Appreciate having a business like this near where my family lives!
