I have been renting multiple units at this uhaul and have never had an issue until today. Have always paid on time, never been late. My wife rented a unit last month and forgot to make her first payment. It was 4 days late today. I went down to pay for it but I informed the owner (who was assisting me) that we no longer needed the unit. I asked him if I could pay the 4 days that were due and the late fee and he flat out said no. Shame on you Mr owner!! This unit could have been immediately rented by someone new as they are well sought for. He could've made 4 days worth of rent plus the late fee, then probably had another $205 from someone new by today. He should've prorated to keep the customer happy and loyal to his business but he instead chose the money over service. Shame on you Mr owner! Other than this issue, this uhaul is very well maintained and clean. The employees are professional and courteous. Too bad this owner chose this route. It sure did put a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to renting here. Be that as it may, I will keep renting the units I have here because I like the units and they are priced OK.

I give U-Haul a ten. They are very professional,courteous and people friendly. They had everything I needed and the staff is very helpful and resourceful. Very good business 👍

DON'T USE THIS STORAGE!!! they have been charging me for a box that's not mine since April 2022 I've called every week since then to fix it they lie & say they will but don't We are in October now...., they put you on hold for hours, hang up & just really don't care. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE ELSE. -10 stars !!

Very good place, I went in to install a hitch and they took care of it right away. Everything was clean and organized. Good customer service as well.
