Meh. This place is really inconsistent in their service. When I came the first time, I had an online reservation that I had completed except that I didn’t add my ID. I was told that I was going to be given a free lock. When I got here, that was no longer the case. They said that because I had to add the ID it was no longer an online reservation. Still, the guy was pretty nice. He walked me to my unit and showed me where everything was. I felt really good about the experience… Then I came back on my own and I had a completely different experience with the lady at the front desk had an attitude and was not helpful. She kept telling us where things we’re but she did not walk with us. We had to go back to the desk 4 times because she wasn’t willing to show us. Her name is Arleth and she could really benefit from some customer service training. We haven’t left yet because This is the closest storage unit to our house so we choose to deal with this because we like our stuff close by. We hope other options are coming soon because this place isn’t it.

The Hispanic manager wouldn’t give me her name. She was very rude and no help at all. Also other employees kept saying they have certain policies due to the “demographics” of the neighborhood that the uhaul facility is located in. Very unprofessional!

This location was my worst experience dealing with U-Haul. The manager (I'm assuming "Abraham") didn't want to accept my card (Visa) payment and kept telling it wasn't acceptable and that I need to pay with another major credit card to rent a Cargo Van. His mannerisms, let me know he has done this before to people and he didn't want to even run the card... Instead he kept giving me excuses as to why he couldn't. Then when the card was accepted, he then stated he was making an exception this one time and asked me to return the Van earlier than I rented for. The van I received, the mileage and fuel were incorrect on the paperwork I received and the Horn didn't even work.

I reserved a pick up truck at 300 Peter at SW and was told they did not have the vehicle I reserved and sent me 20 minutes to another location just for them to tell me they also don’t have the vehicle even after they assured me they did. Attitudes were very bad and the communication sucked all around. 0/10 do not recommend.

Horrible service. Soon as I walked in lady at front desk had an Horrible attitude. Asked for assaistance and was later asked how I was doing from another employee that just walked up. It was only 1 person that said hi and ask how I was doing. Everyone else was rude. AToyA was awesome
