Your guy in the office is a perfect help (The guy with dread locks). Very professional... I got the feeling that he was/is the owner of that location. If he is not, he should be promoted and probably be part of your training team. From my experience, I can't think of anything your company can do at that location for your next client to have a better experience than I did.

The associate Jermika is extremely nasty and rude. Please be aware when renting from this location. She is very miserable and try’s her best to make others feel the same way. Extremely unprofessional, nasty attitude and inconsiderate. She intimidates, manipulates and takes advantage of the other associates and makes them do her dirty work. I honestly feel sorry for those who may have to work with her. When most people come to rent or buy supplies typically people are already in a stressful state. It’s unfair and absolutely terrible to have the one place you go to get help, to make your move easier. But be that same exact place that makes things more challenging and difficulty and a unpleasant move and experience overall. If I could give this associate Jermika a — Negative 5 stars! I would!

I would highly recommend that you DO NOT rent from here. Everyone is fairly new and they have NO CLUE on what they are doing! We were there for about 1 hour to rent a towing haul and a hitch My husband Specifically asked if we can drop it off in our location. He was was told YES apparently they did a in town contract which means you have to take it back to the same location after they told us we can drop it off where we live! Had to call 800 # like 4 times so they can extend our contract to the next day because of course by the time we got home and read the form it was too late! *PLEASE BE SURE TO READ WHAT THEY GAVE YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Now we have to drive back 45 mins due to there mistake! (they do have cameras so they can see it was there mistake! ) smh. Never again! P.S they never answer there phone you get re-routed to the 800 #

When we picked up our trailer at this location and it was attached to our UHAUL INSTALLED hitch (which was also a nightmare), it seemed to be sitting too low, with clearance

The manager wanted me to drive a wrecked truck with a busted driver mirror…in downtown Atlanta! Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We tried renting a Uhaul but upon arriving the truck was rammed into the back of another truck and the bumper was up on the back of the other truck. The driver mirror was shattered and less than half the mirror was still in tact. Trell Benjamin, the manager, made the experience the worst ever. She completely ignored our concerns and said the truck was driveable, even without an operational mirror. She refused to back the truck off of the other Uhaul for us. I was not comfortable as it likely would cause damage to the truck. Trell continued to ignore us instead of politely apologizing and offering to help us figure out a solution. I will never use this location again and I suggest no one else use it.
