No issues renting thr truck but the employees need to work on their customer service skills. I did not have a pleasant interaction at check out, moving is stressful enough by itself.

HIGHLY recommend this uhaul location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Van was clean and in good repair. They were very accommodating during a few glitches in our plans and being able to store our items at the same location as the rental was a great help. They could see we were under a great deal of pressure and so made helpful suggestions along the way. They made a very trying time a good bit easier.

,We had a confirmed reservation from this company and 2 days before we needed the truck, they canceled it for no reason. Because of this, I have to pay another month's rent of over 1000.00. The employee that called was extremely rude and could have cared less. I will be sure to never use this company again and to spread the word EVERY social media site I can. I would give them a zero if I could have.
