Found a loaded gun in the passenger seat at drop off. when i reported it the general manager accused it of being mine and refused a refund. worst moving experience to date. definitely don’t recommend coming here if you want to deal with somewhat competent human beings. very low quality and value employees

From pickup to drop off the experience with the staff was awesome. However their fleet of box trucks definitely needs an update. I've had issues with the last two trucks I've rented. The last being the emergency brake being stuck and taking almost an hour to dislodge. I will say that the roadside assistance rep was very helpful though.

Do not rent trucks from this facility. The trucks are damaged, dangerous, and in very poor repair. And even if you document all of the damage at pickup (including with photos and detailed text descriptions), that damage will ultimately be attributed to you, the renter. And when you call them for assistance, you will be placed on permanent hold. This is just part of their business strategy. The claimed "damage" on the truck I rented was to the center console, where the drink holder is. Go somewhere else. Doing business here is a liability waiting to happen.

These people do not care at all. Corporate or the people managing this location. Moved in online and was told a lock would be in the unit. No lock in the unit. Had to go all the way back downstairs to get it. Next I accessed my storage at 9:30 p.m. Someone was LOCKED inside which should've tipped me off not to go in but I did anyway. I was denied access to the bathroom even though it was business hours. Then I got locked insided the building despite leaving before the end of access hours. Pushed for help, waited 30 mins nobody responded. Not to mention it was hot in the building. I basically had a panic attack and had to pull the fire alarm to have the police get me out. Get back to the storage in the am and there is water all over the floor of my storage. Luckily I didn't move many things in. I tell the manager about the nightmare I'm having and he shows no emotion or empathy. Tells me to move into another unit which also has water on the floor. I ask for a refund and am told it will take 3-5 business days for the payment to be returned. So I'm out of money and a place to put my things. The way management treats this property and the people is absolutely disgusting. Also there are roaches everywhere and the storage building has no air conditioning.
