Bad service, rolling up the eyes when you are asking for an estimation, if you don't want to work stay home! Lost one customer that was going to spend a good amount of money. Zero stars if possible!!!

Visited this store for the first time yesterday to buy moving supplies. Staff was super helpful, friendly and provided good advice. The same goes for their assistance over the phone. I’ll be back!

Great experience with this location. They easily altered the dates when I entered the wrong dates online. Their prices on boxes and accessories are cheaper than Lowe’s and Home Depot. They set everything up for me with my trailer rental. The manager, Jide, and her employees are helpful and friendly.

RUN! I rented a box truck at this location, disputed the condition I received it in before taking it away, and then upon return they tried to charge me $825 to replace the rim and tire saying the rim needed to be replaced when l didn't damage it in the first place and furthermore it was in perfectly fine condition upon return. Nobody at Uhaul would acknowledge the fact that I disputed the condition of 3 sides of the vehicle upon receiving it. I don't know if they're intentionally crooked or what but there was no process for a dispute within the company, the President of Marketing operations (for this location) who they told me to contact didn't return my calls, and I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and get it dropped. Total insanity.
