Made online reservation for a 15 ft truck and was able to pick it up no problem, it was a Saturday so there were many people in line to check in. There were three employees who were all very helpful and handled all the customers. My review would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the return process. When I returned the truck, Melvin did the return inspection. While he was inspecting the truck, I made sure to ask if the fuel level was good, Melvin said everything was good, gave me the final cost, and told me I would receive the receipt in my email. The final cost was close to my initial estimate, however, when I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed a 2 gallon fuel charge of $8.50. This is upsetting because I spent $19 refueling the vehicle to the same level as how I received it, and I was told everything was good during the return inspection. Thanks to Melvin, I will be disputing this charge with my bank and use another business the next time I move.

Recomending I booked truck a day before. The next day it took me 5 min to sign all paper work, get the keys and I was able to leave. FYI - you are moving - they also sell large and smaller moving boxes. Location is great too. It's right in the middle of Virginia Beach with easy access to the high way. You and your clients will not be sorry :)

I rented a large cargo trailer and reserved it online the week prior. Arrived at my scheduled pick up time and got checked in to discover that my hitch ball was too large for their equipment. No problem, they sell balls reasonably priced and even offered to change out the ball for but had to check to make sure they had the right sized tool. So small panic on my part if it was going to work, as I was, like everyone usually is on a moving day, on a time crunch and already running behind and potentially had to plan out how else to go get the ball changed and come back. They didn’t have the tool but they had the right receiver and ball mount and allowed me to use it for the day since I was dropping off at the same location. This option was only provided by the younger man working yesterday when I picked up. Both the check in clerk & this employee stepped up to make it easier for me—something they didn’t have to do. I was really appreciative of him presenting the option and allowing me to us it to get out of there and on the road with the trailer. In the midst of it all, I forgot to make sure/grab the hand dolly I paid for during my reservation. But there wasn’t an issuing getting a refund for the unused ball and the dolly off the rental contract. I have used this location years ago without issue. And would use it again based on my experience over the weekend.

Can’t speak to the rentals at this location. But, for propane, you can’t find a better price. The customer service is fast, convenient, and courteous. In and out in less than three minutes. Best experience we’ve ever had getting our tanks refilled.
