The whole experience was awful. The Tulane Ave location in New Orleans is trying to charge me $176 for gas even though I brought it back the way I found it. They put you on hold and never come back when you call. I was on the phone from Williams Blvd in Kenner to Tulane and never hung up. When I walked in there the a**hole at the counter was just chillin on her phone and I was STILL on hold. I've only had this experience with the women there. The men seem normal except the manager is a whole fraud, never got back to me about the overcharge. Little does he know I am not letting this go.

Drove 10 miles and returned the truck at a half tank. When I received the bill, I was charged for $120 because according to them, I had used over a quarter tank. I used uhaul because it was convenient and cheap to move a few pieces of furniture a few miles but they very obviously ripped me off so I would just avoid this place altogether.

Has anyone else had electrical issues after a tow hitch installation? Byron Irvin is trying to convince me that this is an isolated incident but my SUV has been at the dealership with an assortment of electrical related complications that began the moment I left the Tulane store. I am hoping corporate does the right thing and corrects the mistake of his staff.

After having a bad experience I decided to go work for the team because I knew my energy would be different. So after working there a month doing a good job on time learning the system correctly you know they called me in the office to ask me about a review I made as a customer wanting me to elaborate knowing what goes on at this store these people are so unprofessional and don’t care about the community . Worse job experience ever
