Why there is an increase on a storage unit every year is beyond me. Too expensive. I'm looking to move somewhere else. The location itself is good. Facility and trucks are ok. I personally have nothing positive to say about the manager every since I saw and overheard him and one of the guys that cleans the trucks mocking and laughing at the George Floyd incident.

The staff is very unprofessional, rude and discriminate due to their location. They told me I have to be reference for a relative getting a storage unit. What ever happened to asking me? The manager Brandon was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The other U-Haul locations do not request references so why should it be required at this location? Because of the population of the area. Very discriminatory. Then Brandon the Manager had the nerve to hang up on me because he is so rude. No Sir, not taking this kind of treatment. I was very polite in speaking with him too. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Service was horrible charges for items i didnt get. The staff i encountered were AWFUL!!!!!!! Arguing with other customers yelling then when the customer left she just kept going on with her male co worker about what happened and totally ignoring me standing im front of her ar the counter waiting to pick up. She finally just said i need a smoke break and she left. Mind you there are others in line waiting. I really dont get it these people habe no management presence. McDonald's customer service is almost better and we all know how they can be.

This is the worst place ever !! Our first time at this place because we wanted to find a better place to store our belongings we were greeted with a very rude customer service person who should only work at home , her attitude was uncalled for we were treated very unprofessional she wanted to argue about our reservation for a space that was confirmed, she also asked for my identification and address verification even though I wasn't the one who was inquiring about this place . Eventually we were giving a storage space which we went to see but couldn't find because it's like going through a maze . Trying to find your storage area by yourself is completely devastating this is a huge building. After wandering around about 10 minutes we came upon a very helpful person who was cleaning , we wished we ask her for her name and she took us to our unit only to find out that it had 2 locks on it . We had to go back to the counter to let them know about it, only to get another unit on the same floor which we try to find but couldn't so we looked for the same person to help us find that unit only to find that this unit also had a lock on it. We are completely upset about this so we asked for management to complain and was greeted by the stone owner who eventually looked to see if we could get a unit that wasn't occupied but still no employee who we clearly seen just in and out of the office eating or sitting behind the desk on the computers, couldn't take the time to take us to our unit . Only to say that someone will help us when we get to our floor guess what it was that nice person who was cleaning the floor who took the time to show us to our unit again. We have been to storage companies in different states and never not once was we not only taken to our unit but was very happy with the service. I truly hope to get a response from corporate if not I will send this post to them.

I like the building, its clean and safe and the other renters are very nice but the people that work there...I'm rushing to get there. The doors locked. It's 6:45, supposed to be open til 7. A bunch of employees are in there, ignoring me, amused that I'm standing outside knocking on the door. Another person, a guy from NJ, rushed to get there too. He has 3 units there, uses for work. He's really mad. There's a couple nice people that work there but a bunch that are not. It would be great if anyone ever smiled and acted like they were happy to help you.
