My son accidently left a tie in the cab of the truck I rented and when I called and asked if they found it, they said they didn't find it. More like they didn't look or care.

Friendly but overworked and underpaid. U-Haul is a horrible company. Avoid at all costs!! Use another service if you can. They leave the storefront employees with no answers for customers and out to dry.

I second with the lady above says about the propane. Due to her review I went to the one outside the beltline, and they didn't have anyone qualified to fill the tanks there. There was a customer loading up a tank ahead of me. He explained that he had already been to the one downtown and reported there was a leak in their system. He also reported there was no one qualified to fill a tank at the outside beltline location. Complete fail.Weak sauce.
