As I was checking the rental out before I pulled out, I noticed the flat tire light on and when I told a representative they took care of it quickly so I could be on my way.

Quick, easy, ended up with exactly the right size truck, and the staff at the store were super helpful and friendly both times I stopped by (once for packing materials, again to pickup)

I had no wait to rent the truck. Received it the samr day. The staff there are so nice and helpful go out of there way to make sure everything is good . I have two units there.

The level of incompetency by the employees is astounding. Just go to a different Uhaul. They gave away 3 reservations in the time people were waiting on line to be seen. 1 employee was working while the other 2 were talking. They then started bad mouthing customers in Spanish thinking no one spoke it. They then caught an attitude when called out. Absolutely pathetic excuse for employees. 3 groups were turned away with reservations that expired while on line. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Staff was super fast and courteous through the whole process. I needed a last minute rental to move my daughter at temple university, which she messed up her reservation. These guys really took care of me. Keep up the good work.
