Good selection of trucks and rental equipment. Lacks service like many others said, employees have an attitude. Truck was given almost on empty, low tire pressure and check engine lights were on.

This is by far the best U-haul I have ever visited. I’ve used U-Haul in 9 states and this was the smoothest check out process I’ve experienced. Nicholas checked my truck back in and gave me a receipt to confirm the gas level and miles. He also reported a mechanical issues i had with the gears. I met the manager and they helped me resolve the issue. Thank you so much for all the help Nicholas!

Rude staff and zero work ethics. Slow, they rather read their phone messages while assisting customers. ridiculously ignorant. gotta see it to believe it. Location is well located off Biscayne boulevard. But because of the people who work there I would not return to this location nor to any other u-haul branch. They lost customers. btw, i am not papi so stop calling me papi @ salesrep

Unfortunately, the service level at this location has gone way way way down. I Reserved a van, went to the location and was told that they don’t have any. No sorry, no apologies. It must be one of those busy days, I guess it happens. Ok, I ask for an alternative which is a 10 foot truck: after much consultation, they give me one with zero gasoline, the empty light is on. Will I get to a gas station with this zero level of gas? We’re not sure. What happens if I run out of gas on the road? “ You have to call roadside assistance, we can’t do anything”. Can I get the truck that was just returned and is right in front of my eyes? No, “ we’re not gonna go over this again “ is the answer. The manager on duty , a lady with dark long hair , olive complexion, must be the hands down epitome of rudeness. She should be working in back of house, in strict isolation, not in customer (dis)service. Even less managerial duties. It’s a pity as this was not like this before. Based on this experience this location should have zero stars.

Was served by Byron. This place has a policy that you must bring your mobile phone and take a selfie at the time of rental. In my case I ran to the place and did not bring a phone so the transaction had to wait until I returned with a phone. I asked several times if there any other way around and here is the explanation given:” WE HAD TRUCKS STOLEN HERE SO WE REQUIRE A RECENT SELFIE OF THE CUSTOMER.” There is a lot being said in that statement. If it wasn’t because I was pressed for time and there were few other choices I wouldn’t do business with this place. Byron had terrible manners and a total lack of caring or finding a resolution.
