What they forget to mention is that they charge you 20$ to return the car after hours

Shady. This vendor charged two days rental even though I returned the rental after only thirteen hours. Refused to answer emails requesting adjustment. Also charged for boxes and rental supplies that were never placed in the truck. But, the truck was okay.

If there was a way to give a zero star review I would. Sent my husband to pick up a van, drove 72 miles and was charged for 331 miles, now having to deal with corporate to resolve the issue, was also charged for extra gas (at least we had a picture of the gas gauge before we left). Please make sure you take pictures, these people will scam you

Wonderful experience!! Customer service was phenomenal. Erlinda assisted us in picking up our reserved trailer and she was so kind and helpful. She was the only one working the counter and she was swamped, but multi-tasked and got customers in and out as efficiently as she could. The trailer and equipment was in excellent condition, clean, and the fuel level and mileage were exact. Dropping off was easy and pain-free. The gentleman who helped us with the return was also friendly and very helpful! Sadly I forgot to ask his name. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough! This has been the only pain-free part of our moving process, and U-Haul’s rockstar employees brightened up a very stressful day for us.
