Hate it here. I’m moving my things out. Nobody is ever here to help literally. I could just rob the store if I wanted to. Then when somebody is here, nobody knows what they are doing! They new staff asap.

I was charged for having a U-Haul for 4 days when I had it only for a day, I picked up the U-Haul on 2/16/22 and returned it on 2/16/22 at 6 pm. The lady said that nobody checked it back in on there side and that I have to pay for that whick I dropped the keys and truck off the same day I got the truck and most importantly I paid for my truck rental and ask for no coverage because on the app they give you the option to pick if you want coverage or not and I choose no, once we got to the U-Haul place she put the coverage on there when I distinctly said no. Then when I tired to discuss the situation with them they acted like they didn’t do anything and a supervisor never reached out to me about it after they said they was. Also they lady was extremely rude and couldn’t answer non of my questions. They never called me back. I’m not paying for something I didn’t asked to be charge for, I only owe $15 in mileage and now they charging me $210.14. I also will be getting my lawyer involved for this place because this is not the only time they do this to people and if I would have read the rates online about this store before I went I would have never purchased anything through them

I was in the middle of a complicated move today in freezing weather and the staff at the 57th Street Philadelphia U-Haul--Tori Finger and Sydique Nichols (yes, I asked their names) were warm, friendly, informative and made the experience--yes, pleasant! It totally made me want to rent a truck again from U-Haul. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant part of my move. Also, the truck was in great shape.

Customer service needs improving. Not the nicest people but very to the point. Maybe they wanted me to process my transaction through the app rather than a person like offered as an option. Lol! However, they processed me in like 2 minutes and got me out. Lol.

They cancelled my reservation because I was late which is understandable but they were able to get me another truck quickly overall customer service was great.
