This place is absolutely awful. Horrible manners, loud disrespectful environment. Waited 20mins no one would help hook it up to my truck so I did it alone. No insurance offered. Pulled in next day to return car dolly and more disrespect. Both drives was blocked I dropped off out front and left.

Was not a happy camper as U-Haul Central had messed up my order and appointment time. BUT Velana (manager) and crew got things corrected and treated me right. Moral of the story- STAY LOCALš. Staff at U-Haul New Circle are kind and competent. I will use them againā¦ and I highly recommend !

The worst customer service in my recent memory. Paid for and scheduled for a hitch installation two weeks ago, arrived for the appointment on time, was told the hitch was there but wiring harness was not there. I've called almost every day for the past two weeks, waiting on hold for up to an hour, finally told today the wiring harness was there but not the hitch. I needed this installation for a move. Frustrated and furious don't begin to describe how I feel about the lack of professionalism and courtesy of this place.

The worst customer service weāve ever received. We booked a pickup truck and small trailer (weeks in advance), got there at the time of pickup and was told they did not have the trailer and there was nothing they could do about it (was told this by the āgeneral managerā). A curtesy call before we arrived would have be nice. Oh and the pickup truckās gas light was on when we got in it. They sent us to Richmond 30 mins away to pick up a trailer. We get there and they donāt have the size we were told they would have. Fast forward to today, we get a knock on the door by the āgeneral managerā looking for their uhaul because it was apparently supposed to be returned the day we picked it up. Itās like she didnāt even look at the contract. Someone needs to get this āgeneral managerā off her high horse and get her some lessons on managing and customer service.

We rented a U-Haul from this place yesterday and Robert Miller was the best! He was so nice and down to earth and made the whole process very smooth. His welcoming nature was so refreshing! My husband insisted on me writing this review on specifically on Mr.Robert Miller. We highly recommend everyone to use this location to rent a U-Haul and make sure to ask for ROBERT MILLER because heās the MAN!
