The clerk was very disrespectful, argumentative, and super unprofessional. I went to this location because it was the closes. I recommend the employees get more training in customer service.

They have good storage units indoor, smallest is very reasonable 64.95 each month quite reasonable, stored there over 4 years, happy with sevices💕💕💕highly recommended, you just need to follow instructions 😏😏😏

The employees at the locations were excellent and I give them 5 stars all around! Professional, friendly, communicative, helpful, efficient, honest and informative. THESE 5 STARS ARE FOR THE EMPLOYEES!!! The official U-Haul website on the other hand, was none of those and I would give it a 1 star rating if you provided a place for feedback on that. It is not user-friendly and constantly re-loads, changing my info each time. It was extremely frustrating to try and set up a reservation using the online option. Moving is stressful, people don't want any extra frustrations. It is almost worth paying more somewhere else to not have to deal with the website. Please fix this!

A great uhaul operation with covered drop off and storage. Employees are generally friendly and somewhat aloof. I noticed it has a Detroit address and the uHaul website sometimes defaults to Allen park for drop off even if you specify Lincoln Park.
