We reserved a storage unit two weeks in advance (the earliest it would allow us), arrive with a truck full of furniture to unload, and were told the unit size we requested (4x10x10) was unavailable. We were offered a smaller unit (4x4x8) that was too small for any of the belongings we had, and were told to try and call around to find another, larger unit. The woman at the front desk did help by calling other U-Haul centers, only after we asked her to. Ultimately we had to leave our things at a friends house. Would have been great if staff reached out after we made our reservation two weeks before to warn us it was unavailable.

The lady at the counter was lovely; she helped us with all we needed. I have never had such a great experience with U-Haul as that one. I will definitely choose theme again if I need a truck next time. Excellent service and great staff.

Had a great experience both renting a truck and storage space from this U-Haul. Nicole was great to work with. Everything was easy to access. Had no problems at all checking in or moving out.
