Butterfly Goddess
It was okay, no complaints really except I paid for and needed an appliance dolly badly and there wasn't any, they gave me a regular dolly that was broken instead which was extremely inconvenient. I wish that they had coordinated with another store maybe so I could have picked up an appliance dolly at the next closest U-Haul. Got refunded anyway for it but it really did cause a major issue and delay with our moving process.

This the 2nd time i go to this store. I will never go back regardless of how close it is to me. Worst service possible. Can you imagine entering the store and greeting the people that work there and they just stare at you saying nothing or just jump on phone as soon as you get there?? Had one on phone another hiding, pretending not to be there. This is the worst place for me :(

Rented a truck 10/23 and returned on 10/23 and was charged an extra $15 for gas and I put a few dollars more than what it was when I got the truck. Something’s not right with this place or somebody. I see I’m not the only customer this has happened to. Sounds like a Fox4 case! Take pictures before and after!

Added extra, unjustified charges after the fact for gas. I returned the van at the exact same level of gas and took photos of it just in case. Now I am having trouble getting a hold of anyone to have the charge removed (15+ minutes on hold now). Dishonest and trying to rip you off. "It will be a few days while we review the case". Maybe don't add unjustified charges in the first place!

This location is terrible. The storage access hours are absolutely horrible you can only get into your storage when the horrible, unprofessional , poor customer/management is there. Which absolutely sucks. Not to mention the poor elevator service whenever you can catch both elevators working you have to wait for someone to close the gates or you will wait and wait like I did today. People also leave their unwanted items in the elevators as well, so that you can’t access them. Edit: that mattress was pulled off of the elevator by a customer who said that he didn’t have time to wait on the office to come remove it. Well he was right because that mattress stayed on the 5th floor for 2 hole weeks before it was removed.
