A bit hesitant due to previous reviews, but this place was great! The associate was helpful and efficient. I made a reservation over the phone (ran into issues online), and it was really easy to pick-up in person and head out. Absolutely no issues. I recommend coming to this location if you need to rent a U-Haul or other moving equipment.

DO NOT RENT TRUCKS FROM THIS LOCATION! They will overcharge your credit card and even when confronted with proof of the overcharge will tell you to dispute it with your credit card company. Terrible customer service as well. Management is probably telling them to overcharge people in hopes they won't dispute it. I am just hoping the employees are not stealing credit card numbers as well.

First of all, the Service was excellent! We were treated in a friendly manner by the manager and her staff. They all provided helpful information to allow us to make informed decisions on what equipment to use in our move to Philly. The return process went smoothly as well. Highly recommend this place for Moving equipment, including a truck. 👍🏼👏

This is my 3rd visit to my second uhaul store in philly. There are always insanely long lines. Each transaction appears to take over 15 min. Clearly uhaul is the problem. One person on staff on a Sunday is ridiculous. The time of day or number of staff doesn't seem to make it better. Yesterday at 12th st I waited for 40 minutes. The time before that took 30 minutes of waiting to be told the system was down.

I had a great experience at that location and my rental was smooth. I needed a trailer for a day and the closest location was here. I got there, and was taking care by "Regina". She made sure I got what I needed for my rental.The facility is very clean and well organized and they have everything you need for your move/rental: From trailer, truck, storage, countainer, boxes, etc... She also was able to setup my trailer properly and safely while going over the safety check with me. On the returning day she was still there helping other customers and checking me out.The pickup & Drop off was smooth & fast. I will definetly be back to that location
