I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with moving and/or storage needs! The office staff were always extremely helpful and attentive. I stored some household items for approximately 8 months and never had any issues with the facility or staff. Their facility is well-maintained, organized, and convenient - especially for anyone living in the downtown area.

Claudia and Lateshia were outstanding. Both ladies went beyond all expectations for customer service. One of the smoothest moves we have ever experienced thanks to these two ladies. Would recommend this U-Haul above all others in this area.

I was expecting to pay $29.95 because the internet said the charge would be $29.95, however, when I got there my estimated bill was $84.61. The difference was 69 cents times my estimated mileage plus environmental fee plus tax. I expected to pay tax but did not expect to pay the 69 cents per mile. It would be good if the internet gave some information about these charges. Other than that I would recommend this U-Haul location.

I read the positive reviews and I have no idea who these people had the pleasure of interacting with because it wasn't my experience. These employees were so rude and they lie. Take pictures of everything. Go to any other location but not this one. I have rented Uhauls more times than any one person should need too. I have never had an experience like this at Uhaul or anywhere else in my life.

Avoid the Union Ave. location. They were rude, lazy, and so unhelpful and I am being kind and choosing my words. They represented the attitude of why I moved from Memphis! The W. Illinois people were AMAZING! It was clean, organized and the person who helped me saved the day. This was after 2 other places cancelled my existing order. Such a cluster F*** at Union and Illinois location was again AWESOME and AMAZING! Just start there to avoid any headaches.
